The ticket was bought according to the all-inclusive system for 7 days from 10 to 17 September. We didn’t sleep at night, we arrived in Burgas in the morning, we were at the hotels at 9.00. A very nice guide Maria on the way in the transfer insisted that we should have 7 breakfasts, lunches, dinners, etc. But since we are leaving next friday morning, we skip breakfast, so we have to notify on thursday evening and they will give us a dry ration instead of breakfast. With great sympathy (?! ) we were unloaded at the hotel. Externally, 2-3 *, but we knew where we were going. In a small hall, a family with suitcases was already languishing, waiting for settlement. No one smiled, bracelets, as in Turkey, did not immediately cling. Despite the half load, we were immediately told that they would be able to check us in earlier only at 14.00, as in the whole WORLD!! ! Before only for money! Ok, we know, they swam.
And they will feed us only an afternoon snack, we also skip lunch !! ! They were surprised, tried to explain what we bought and paid for 7 days (in Turkey, by the way, prices were cheaper). Reply of the administrator Milena: "We are not to blame that you are leaving on Friday in the morning, we would have fed you on Friday. " And this practice is all over Sunny Beach, so do not be indignant, if you want to eat, pay 13 leva each, we will feed you today. And it's all rather rude, through gritted teeth in raised tones. We contacted the operator, she sympathized, but said that we should have time to dine according to any, since check-in is at 14.00, and lunch is until 14.30. But we no longer wanted to fight, the mood was spoiled, we went to the sea without water, coffee, breakfast or lunch.
We settled at 14.20, the room was normal, but there was no refrigerator (the next day they brought it). Lost an expensive flashlight-shocker. In fairness, they cleaned well, towels were changed every day, bedding 1 time in 7 days. The food was also good, no one went hungry. There were good bartenders at the bar, a smart girl from Ukraine (thanks for the author's creative cocktail Rose Cloud), but basically, the staff was tired from the beginning of the season. The Bulgarian translated that "we are already everything for them, like pigs on the same face, we want coffee, then we got a cocktail! ". The hotel has Poles, Moldovans, Romanians, Germans and Ukrainians. Rashka rents or buys apparts and sits for 3 months. There are a lot of people for September.
Needless to say, before departure, no one was going to compensate us for breakfast (lunch, all the more so, and give dry rations). They insisted on principle, then we were given an apple and 2 slices of bread with a piece of insoluble cheese and a stub of tomato, to "fuck off", as they say. But people from other hotels were happy. They were fed a full meal on the first day and normal rations were given out. So not all of Sunny Beach has such a practice, "respected" Milena. Thank God for the wonderful weather and warm sea. Out of 7 days, only 1 was cloudy.

We were in Bulgaria for the first time this summer. The travel agency recommended this all-inclusive hotel. In general, the impressions are positive. Polite, smiling staff, daily cleaning of rooms, regular change of bed linen and towels. Located away from the main road, quiet if you are lucky with your neighbors.

Polite, smiling staff, daily cleaning of rooms, regular change of bed linen and towels. Located away from the main road, quiet if you are lucky with your neighbors. Nutrition - a lot of vegetables, fish, meat in different variations, breakfast is pretty monotonous, but it's not annoying. 3 bars with juices, coffee, alcohol worked during the day, between main meals - cupcakes, ice cream, pastries are offered. Clean, comfortable. From the comments - the leg of the chair-bed on which the child slept fell through, a weak drain in the shower stall, the diffuser in the shower handle broke off. But these are trifles. Internet wi-fi worked clearly and steadily, but the computers in the bar are ancient. In general, the impression is positive.
