I returned from Sunny Beach 2 weeks ago. My friends and I managed to book this particular hotel ... 3 years before that we went to the same resort, we were delighted with it .. We ordered different hotels every year. 2 times lived in the Continental, once in Sun City. Both hotels are good, the second even just wonderful. But we wanted me to have a place of deployment in order to somehow diversify your arrival in the same place. But this year I was ready to dance with joy when we left. My feet won't be there anymore!
Don't go there, don't listen to anyone! I am not particularly picky, I travel a lot, including for work. I had to visit different hotels with different stars. but this is the WORST place I have ever been to for several reasons.
I will make a reservation, the rooms are GOOD, clean, with air conditioning. Oh, and don't listen to those who say you can't bring food in. You can, just in small packages. There were no problems with this. On this, ALL THE PLUSES of the hotel end.

1. The staff does not pay any attention to you. I'm not talking about smiles - they are simply impolite. It seems like you owe them something all the time. They don't speak Russian, but that doesn't matter to me. They don't speak English either! Some are able to at least understand, but there were girls at the front desk who only shook their heads, but there was emptiness in their eyes!
2. The "customer is always right" rule does not exist in this hotel because the owner has never heard of it. He's always hanging out right there with the expression on his face like he's a prison guard, terribly obnoxious, goosebumps.
3. Their balconies are located in such a way that towels are constantly falling off them, which have nowhere else to dry (there is no drying). My personal towel fell safely on the balcony of the 2nd floor. And we were already leaving, we couldn’t pick it up ourselves. So, I had to make a real row before they agreed to go downstairs to the downstairs room (it was 8am) and get my towel. The owner was rude to me, saying "Bulgaria is here, not your country from the backyards." As a result, the towel was returned to me only after the representative of the turfima, who picked us up, arrived and talked to the owner himself

Pasta (yes, for breakfast!), scrambled eggs type (like, because they are just fried hard-boiled eggs, which are then mixed and put on a plate), sausage type (there was definitely no meat in them), ham type (I'm the only one once I even tried it, it would be better if I didn’t do it), boiled eggs, 2 types of cheese, half-melted from the heat, cucumbers and tomatoes. And watermelon. All. For sweet jam and bread. Coffee - horror, tea - slop. The water runs out an hour after the start of breakfast and is not topped up. Well, I was also unlucky, I saw the chef with my own eyes... After that, I couldn't even enter the restaurant without an attack of nausea...

4. LOCATION. This is a complete ATAS. Do not listen to anyone, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere!!!! Around the mud, the bus station and some slums. It's scary to go home alone at night! To the sea to cut about 20 minutes exactly, if not more. And not in a straight line! Tourists do not live in this part of the city at all - all the resort staff live there. We lived last year on the 4th coastline .. but THIS .... Everyone writes the distance to the sea from the hotel in a straight line, on all sites such info. But there you have to bypass all the hotels of the first and second line, this is a lot!

5. The pool is small, but this is not so important, I will not find fault. But you have to borrow sun loungers there at 7 in the morning, otherwise you won’t get there. The rules in the hotel are stupid, for all the fines, you feel like in a prison. Everywhere there are rules, it's true, but when you are reminded of them at every step ... on vacation it's unpleasant

And besides the foyer, there is nothing there - its own territory ends behind the porch, the roadway begins there ...

Hello, who are interested in reviews of this hotel! My 15-year-old son and I rested for 14 days at the end of June. leaving things in the storage room at the reception. To be honest, 11 minutes to the sea! We were settled at 9.30. The room is good. Everyone is being cleaned! day. Towels were changed 6 times in 2 weeks. They left 2 levs (10 hryvnias) - they never took them. Breakfasts are a bit of the same type, but you won't go hungry. For the most part, we were very pleased
