We stayed at this hotel from 14 to 25 July 2016. My indignation simply knows no bounds. Arriving at the hotel, we were settled immediately, even if there were no other guests there except for us. We initially paid for a two-room apartment with a kitchen door, etc. , in accordance with what was declared by the travel agency, and for which it was paid. When we entered the room, we were simply shocked by the dirt, dirty and torn bed linen, there was a partition in the middle of this apartment, instead of a door, there was fungus everywhere in the bathroom, and mold, there was simply no curtain, no rod for it, exactly the sameas well as the lack of light in this shower room, the hotel staff does not understand Russian at all, and they do not understand English either. Food is a separate issue altogether. It's just disgusting. So meager and not tasty that I don’t want to remember. For dinner, uncooked raw chicken with blood, to our complaint that your meat is raw, we were told that this is normal, if you don’t like it, take another piece. The hotel is combined with a residential complex, there are never free sunbeds by the pool, because they were always occupied by the residents of the residential complex, but there was not enough space for tourists. In general, a disgusting hotel, disgusting attitude towards tourists. I don't recommend going there.
