Linen, for 20 days of stay - the bed was changed only 1 time, at first they gave 6 towels, then they changed and gave only 3, the floor was also washed and swept every 5-6 days, the air conditioner works, but the blades in it are black, I think no one has used it for a long time didn't clean it.

The room was great! 2 rooms: one 27 meters, with its own toilet and shower, the second about 20 meters, also with its own toilet and shower, but in this bathroom there are generally windows that are frosted from below, and the top is curtained with blinds. Excellent kitchen with everything: refrigerator, stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave. . . cook, I don't want to! But since we had paid for breakfast and dinner, the kitchen was not useful to us. For a room, you can put a solid 8+ on a 10-point scale, or even all 9! By the way, after a couple of days, we realized that we were in vain attached to dinner, and it was easily changed for lunch! Breakfasts were the same every day, but dinneryou could choose whatever you want and set the time when we arrive. Food is a separate issue altogether. It's just disgusting. So meager and not tasty that I don’t want to remember. For dinner, uncooked raw chicken with blood, to our complaint that your meat is raw, we were told that this is normal, if you don’t like it, take another piece. The hotel is combined with a residential complex, there are never free sunbeds by the pool, because they were always occupied by the residents of the residential complex, but there was not enough space for tourists. In general, a disgusting hotel, disgusting attitude towards tourists. I don't recommend going there.

There are PLUSES here: 1) location (7! minutes walk to the beach. . . Sunny Beach is noisy near the sea, and it is quiet near this hotel; 2) FOOD! (natural meat every day, no limit, fruits. . . we took 5-10 peaches per nose : ) everyone had enough. . . breakfasts are only monotonous, but satisfying. . . soups are delicious. . . very tasty sweets. . . a system of bracelets (blue, orange, yellow) for a certain meal time, so that there is no flea market; 3) ANIMATORS!! ! the children are delighted, the activities are varied throughout the day, for all the winnings they give diplomas and roll on the water in a ball, they drew tattoos on the beach every day, there was already a queue, games on the beach from 9 to 11 in the morning. . . Of course, those who are over 16 may not need it, according to their program, they move in the evenings along the entire Sunny Beach + they are taken to the club, where the entrance is strictly according to their passports. . . they bring it back at 2 am. . . everything is under the control of adults; 4) for violations of the order in the hotel there is a system of fines. . . fully agree with this; 5) the pool is cleaned on time; 6) the children of my group are already planning to rush there next year...... now about the MINUSES: 1) the linen was changed 2 days late. . . explained by a large check-in (150 people), towels were changed only once. . . I just didn't go and didn't remind.... 2) the territory of the hotel is small, but there was enough space for us; 3) sleeping place on the unfolded sofa is uncomfortable. . . it turns out that 2 boys or 2 girls should be accommodated in a common double bed (this is in the apartment). . . the children didn’t care, no one complained, but I broke my head during the resettlement, so that everyone would be comfortable. CONCLUSION: I advise this hotel, if you want the best - pay more money and go. I will answer questions about the hotel.

The fine is 50 euros. However, the host side immediately informs where the smoking area is located !!!!!!!!!!!!! Children and young people quite freely exchange experiences of various kinds.
