Do customs in Romania and Bulgaria require a power of attorney for a child from the father?
Good afternoon! Tell me, please, I'm going on vacation to Bulgaria with my child. I and the child are a citizen of Ukraine (biometric passports), the father of the child is a citizen of another state (in the child's birth certificate, this is indicated). According to the law of Ukraine, a power of attorney from my father is not needed, but I'm worried about customs in Romania (so that they don't get attached and spoil the rest). It is difficult to make a power of attorney from my father at the moment, he lives in Russia.

According to the law, the power of attorney should be of interest only to Ukraine on the road. But Romanians are unpredictable...

The power of attorney for the export of a child abroad is purely our domestic problem. The Romanians do not care about these permits, and the customs have nothing to do with it at all.

You are a mother ..... You are not a sister, not a grandmother ..... Go boldly

Pachok, I meant customs in general.
I know that the consent of one of the parents to take the child abroad is checked by the border service. I left Ukraine many times with my child, the border guards checked our passports and birth certificates and did not ask any more questions. But there were also unique ones, it was necessary to show the Law of Ukraine, who can leave Ukraine without the consent of the father (mother) for the child to travel abroad in such cases: 1. the father is a foreigner or a stateless person.
An acquaintance last year went on vacation and the Romanians demanded her consent from her father, certified by a notary. That's why I asked here, maybe someone knows

A notary can draw up a document about the unknown place of residence of the father. For insurance.

Call the Consulate of Romania in Ukraine. They will explain. If you know exactly what they may require, then do your best, there is time. Ours, in Belarus, everyone makes such powers of attorney.
