This year we flew to Bulgaria from TUI. We were satisfied with the tour operator, no complaints. We met well, gave complete and necessary information about the country and its features (both verbally and in writing). Buses from the airport and back are comfortable, everything went without delay. In general, if I were you, I would look for tickets and book accommodation on my own. Also, check out the Wizzair flights from Kyiv to Sofia and back - there are very reasonable prices for some dates
