How should the consent to the removal of the child be correctly issued?
Help, who knows! I'm going to rest with my granddaughter in Bulgaria. I issued the consent of the parents to take the child out of Russia at a notary, but it is not on a special form, but on an ordinary piece of paper with the details of a notary and a seal. There are doubts whether it is right or not. I can't find an answer anywhere on what it should look like. We received a visa, but I'm worried that the border guards will present requirements for registration. Do I need a special invoice for this, or can I go with what I have? Maybe someone knows, please answer!

Don't worry, it's normal. Last year, we also had a plain piece of paper with a print, and all the OV. Good luck.

I agree that everything is fine. The only thing that could be done was to make the wording "until the age of majority" and then it would not be necessary to draw up every year.

Since the notarized consent to the export of the child is drawn up in the form of an Application, it is written on plain paper. Don't worry, everything is absolutely correct.

Thanks for answers. Calmed down. I expected that someone would immediately tell me a terrible story about how, because of such a design, a child was not released. And now I'm calm.
I have already searched the entire Internet: nowhere in the law is it written down what is needed on the invoice form, but there are people who write - it is necessary. So I got a little lost three days before departure.

No difference. Blank, so to speak, for beauty. The main thing is to bake and the signature of a notary!
For lemira. Now the requirements have become tougher, and few notariussoa give consent for more than a year, and ideally only for three months. This year they themselves collided and were shocked... They walked around five notaries and, tired, agreed to do it for a year...
Maybe they make money...

Some kind of nonsense, with the wording "until adulthood."
If the child is 2 years old, then 16 years old should such a piece of paper be valid at the border ?? In addition, it is written in the power of attorney where the trip and its timing
аватар spb
In any case, the power of attorney is issued for a period not exceeding three years.

Don't nonsense! I quote!
I, full name I give my consent to temporary multiple trips outside the Republic of Belarus to all countries of the world for my minor daughter, full name, d.r., accompanied by her grandmother, full name, in the period from the date of the application until the daughter reaches the age of eighteen.
I don't know what's in your country. We generally have a single passport and no foreign passports. We have been traveling like this for seven years! What is nonsense for you, everything is simple and transparent for us!
аватар lemira
I myself called the border customs and you can write without a date. And if the mother goes by herself, then the consent of the father is not needed. We canceled this, due to father's obstacles.
аватар lemira
Most likely, to break more and more money.

Lemira, no one probably wanted to offend you. It's just that people from different countries are here. We in Russia have our own Federal Law on the departure of citizens abroad. Therefore, your rules do not apply to us
аватар lemira
I never take offense and I understand that you have a lot of problems in this matter, but we simply have none. In any case, good luck with this issue.

Well, the problem in Russia is precisely that there is no clear formulation of this consent. Those. as a particular notary writes, it will be so and there are no specific deadlines. I have the consent that my ex-husband gave me, so it lists 24 countries and its validity period is 10 years ... Only the Spanish embassy did not like this consent. They accept consent, where only Spain is registered and the validity period must coincide with the dates of the trip ... There was my consent to leave unaccompanied for three years (made by the same notary), but it ended and the same notary agreed now only for a year . So it's still flour! And once again I say to the author of the question: "Don't worry!"

It's good that you all answered me! And I'm still very far from coming of age.)))))) I don't immerse my eyes so deeply into the future. ))))))) How many times it is necessary to issue - so much and issue, if only everything was correct.
