Albena is a very good resort, but expensive. If funds allow, then take it, but only hotels by the sea. This is a 4 * Laguna complex and 3 * - Boryana, Nona, Elitsa. The hotels at the top suck. I agree that there is traffic and traffic lights in Sunny Beach - a very large resort, but it is far from the sea. Golden Sands is very noisy around the clock. You choose what is closer to your heart.

Albena, golden sands, sunny beach. Forget about the rest. The southernmost Sunny Beach, there is less greenery than in other resorts, but the sea is smaller, which is good for children. Albena is the most expensive. Golden Sands is too noisy in my opinion. I love Sunny Beach. See my review of Trakia 3+ hotel. But of course you choose!
