+1 to not taking not only "all inclusive", but even "breakfasts + dinners". Take only breakfast - and discover for yourself many Bulgarian restaurants with excellent national cuisine. No one has yet died of hunger in Bulgaria on the street! :)) For the money: from 12-13 leva (a modest soup and salad, but the portions are large) and more. 1 euro = about 1.91 leva.

What resort are you going to? At such resorts as Golden Sands, Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Albena, you need to take all inclusive, because. the restaurants there are expensive. And, here, Kranevo, Sozopol, Pomoria - only breakfasts are better there, the restaurants there are cheap and very tasty.
