Good afternoon. The hotel is not bad (though not neat), located on the first line. The strip of the beach is very small - 10 meters. For a month we booked 2 rooms with a sea view. Upon arrival, the hostess Marcella offered one room with a view of the wall (the neighboring hotel is at arm's length), and the other, as it should be on booking, BUT! you need to pay extra money ... A boorish, insane lady, she doesn’t want to hear anything ... As a result, she gave the numbers to others and left ... I was looking for housing on the coast myself ... upon arrival we will deal with the travel agency. But even here, in Bulgaria, I will apply ... Sorry, but the service is either there or not ... Rudeness and indifference are unacceptable in the service sector. I have nothing against Bulgaria, but I will not come here again ... Health and good rest to everyone. I do not advise anyone to go to this hotel. Very unfriendly hosts, disgusting cuisine and poor cleaning in the rooms. Linen is changed after a reminder - we changed it only on the seventh day. The only plus of this hotel is its location. But there are many similar hotels with a better reputation nearby.
