We rested in Bulgaria on "All inclusive" (in 2008). I liked it very much. We rested in Byala (Byalabeach resort). Lots of meat and fish! The drinks are delicious!!! Compared to Turkey - super!

those. drinks, incl. and alcohol for free? What about sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach?

All Bulgarian drinks are free! In the pool bar - Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, mineral water. From alcoholic - a barrel of red, a barrel of white wine, beer - self-service (everyone pours as much as he wants). And the bartender pours strong alcoholic beverages! The drinks are all delicious, not diluted, as in Turkey. Beaches in Bulgaria are all state. There are paid umbrellas and sunbeds. The hotel by the pool is free.

Were all-inclusive in Sunny Beach, Grand Hotel Sunny Beach. In general, nothing, but for some reason ordinary water was free only from 11-00, and tea and coffee only from 16 to 17-00. I do not know where you rested in Turkey, that you were diluted with drinks, but the Bulgarian beer was disgusting in this hotel, and in Turkey Tuborg, very good beer. The food in this hotel was perhaps closer to our taste, but it was too much prepared from semi-finished products. The Turks have far surpassed Bulgaria in this matter. If it was baked meat, then the cook gave out a very small piece per person. Bulgarian drinks were free at lunch and dinner.

We rested in Byala 4* and in Kemer 4*. Of course, a lot depends on the hotel itself. But in the Turkish hotel Matiate, where we rested, the food and drinks were worse. The meat was given to each in portions. Everyone stood in line and each was given a piece. There was a lot of things - but there is nothing. And begging a Turkish bartender for wine without a dollar - you need to get nervous. With such service, I did not even want to tip. The first time he still pours, and when you come for an addition, your nose is already twirling. In Byala, the bar was open somewhere from 10:00 to 23:00. I enjoyed the beer and the wine too. Every day there was pork, and veal, and chicken. Everyone took as much as he wanted and what he wanted. And I ate more fish. Every day there were some whole baked tuna next to the appetizers and also a different kind of fish next to the hot dishes. Maybe a little monotonous, but overall good. The service is impeccable. After all, the Bulgarians are Slavs, and yet this is Europe. Maybe for 2 years something has already been named, but in 2008 - this hotel was just opened and everyone tried very hard. The resort in Byala is just being built and they want to attract tourists. We went with an excursion to Golden Sands, and to Sunny Beach, and to Nessebar. .. So I have an idea about these resorts.

It's just that in Turkey you need to take 5 stars, then there will be no such blunders. Although I have been to Turkey many times, incl. and twice in 4 stars, everywhere wine of 3 varieties was at least without any restrictions, the rest of the Turkish drinks the bartenders were happy to pour as much as they wanted, the food was full and without any extraditions and restrictions, and the beer was of excellent quality. All without any tip. But the Bulgarians served in the best soviet traditions, a rare boorish woman worked at the reception, and the carpet in the room stank so much that it was impossible to sleep, the room was not changed at our request. The Turks change rooms on request without any problems, sometimes with a tip, but they always change. Proven over many years of travel. Perhaps I was also just unlucky in Bulgaria with a hotel and Bulgarians, as you are in Turkey with the Turks)))

To each his own - do not compare the incomparable: Turkey and Bulgaria are 2 different things !!!!
I strongly advise you to go to Bulgaria only with breakfast and eat in restaurants with national cuisine. Believe me, you will save money, and there will be more emotions, because this is exactly the true face of Bulgaria.
Drinks of local production - beer is very good, like Kamenitsa and Astika. There are a dozen or two more types. Wines - in Bulgaria, dry wines are excellent, rakia - Pomoriyskaya Grozdova or Troyanskaya Slivova - is a safe brand! Cognac not so much. Also try anise vodka - mastic - just don't overdo it!
Regarding sunbeds and umbrellas - depending on which hotel, you need to find out specifically, because it happens that it’s free (with all-inclusive hotels), and sometimes it’s paid (in most cases)
