Rest in the private sector
For several years in a row we have been vacationing in Pomorie, in a private apartment. Unlike hotels, I consider our vacation more comfortable. Something began to strain to huddle with a fairly large child (10 years old) in the same room. Agree that parents also want to "relax" with certain amenities. About restaurant food - this is a separate conversation: when in Turkish or Egyptian hotels they serve you for dinner what you didn’t eat the day before in the neighboring restaurant of the complex, when you come for breakfast a little later than the rest of the mass you find half-empty tables, and this is the so-called "all inclusive" with an endless stream of overcooked, several times warmed up dishes!
It’s better to buy fruits, yogurt, freshly baked bannitsa in the store on your own and have a calm breakfast in your apartment. And therefore, everyone interested in independent planning of their vacation, which, by the way, is cheaper than a hotel one,
I offer accommodation in apartments located in Pomorie, in the Old Town, a five-minute walk from the beach, not far from the central pedestrian part of the city. The apartments are located in a modern building with an elevator, on the third floor, the entrance of the house is locked. There are car parking spaces. The apartment has a comfortable layout and consists of a living-dining room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a loggia. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed and an armchair bed. Can accommodate up to 5 people. The living room is separated from the dining area by curtains. The apartments have all the necessary furniture, utensils, household items and household appliances: air conditioners, TV, DVD, refrigerator, washing machine, electric stove, microwave, etc. Nearby are restaurants, cafes, shops, a pharmacy, a balneological center. On the ground floor of the house there is a children's entertainment club: a cafe, a playground with a small pool, entertainment programs.
The cost of renting an apartment for 2010-2011: from June 01 - July 1 - 30 euros / day, from July 1 to August 31 - 35 euros / day, from September 01 to September 30 - 30 euros / day, then (up to 31 May) - 25 euros / day. This is a lease from the owner, without intermediaries. For long-term rentals (from 1 month) a discount is possible. When renting less than 7 days, an additional fee of 15 euros is charged for cleaning and linen change. For rentals over 7 days, cleaning and change of linen (once a week) is included in the rental price. There are no other surcharges (for example: for air conditioning, tourist tax, etc. ) - no.
Booking cost: prepayment for two days, then included in the rental price.
Upon request, a meeting can be organized - a transfer at the airport "Burgas" - the approximate cost is 25 leva.
