I am writing this review 1.5 years after visiting this hotel. Therefore, I will describe it very briefly.
Firstly, this is not quite a hotel - it is a complex of apartments, where each apartment belongs to different owners. Hence the different repairs and different configurations (iron, microwave, dishes, etc. ) of the apartments. We occupied two apartments, and therefore we could compare.
When we rested, the complex was just opened, and we were very pleased with the fresh renovation and new furniture.
As for the service, there is none at all. There is a frostbitten manager (Russian), who, as for me, does not work at all and perform her duties. Most often, she spent time in a bar, reading magazines.
The two maids who work under her are not far from her.
After my arrival, I managed to ensure that they cleaned our apartment only after four days (excuses - 2 days off, then they didn’t bring linen, and in the end they lost the key to our apartment). Most of the trash had to be taken out on our own.
The cost of our stay included breakfast at the nearby hotel Verdun, we were once, looked at fratricide for sausages and went to eat at home.
It was very convenient to have a stove and, in general, the format of relaxation in the apartment, since we had a child of 2 years with us.
It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. A dirt road to the beach passes by the complex. If the windows overlook this road (the opposite side of the pool), you need to be prepared for a constant dust curtain from the window. And very noisy at night.
The beach is also so-so (little space, many people). But this is generally typical for Bulgaria. A lot of locals come for the weekend, and the situation is getting worse.
From the good - it's very tasty local cuisine, even in the most ordinary cafes on the beach.
I really don't like reading negative reviews like this. I understand that holidays in Bulgaria are budgetary and therefore it is stupid to count on a special service, but perhaps my information will be useful to someone else.
