A little monotonous in the morning, but so nutritious that even my daughter with a sweet tooth did not want to eat ice cream or other goodies on the beach before lunch. We also ordered lunch at the hotel - we really liked the soups and salads. Portions are big. At first we ordered a portion of a dish for each, but then we ordered only 1 for two, or even for three. We dined in different cafes (there are a lot of them in Kranevo), but sometimes we also dined at the hotel - the food did not differ from the restaurant.
The impressions are the most pleasant. One thing only overshadowed our vacation (I think this is a small blunder of the tour operator) the bus journey of 30 hours and across two borders is so tiring - we barely made it. If there is an opportunity next year to rest in Bulgaria, we will fly only by plane.

I would like to argue with the previous review, especially about breakfast. There is nothing special. how did you eat there that you didn’t even want to have dinner ?? ? What did you eat? If you come half an hour later, then there is no porridge. I'm already silent about the choice of cereals. there was always one porridge. And if you try to take out at least a piece of bread from the dining room, you will listen to so much!! ! if you do not pay attention to the owners of the hotel, who follow your every step, and for breakfast, then the hotel is very good.

I am writing from the room of the above hotel, since there is WiFi right in the room - however (+), but there is also a minus right away, since the grid is open and, as I believe, it is possible to catch it from the street and other nearby hotels, it is often overloaded and it is impossible to connect . But you can go down to the reception desk or to a snack bar on the street, the second WiFi network of the hotel works there, although it is closed, but the administrator will give you the login and password (it is free). This is about the Internet, and if this question is not relevant to anyone, skip the first paragraph (important to me : ) for work and communication, and savings, a card for access in the city costs 10-15 euros for 10 days).
Location and hotel: The hotel is small, 4-storey, 8 rooms per floor and a basement with a restaurant (again, it sounds loud - a snack bar or cafe is better), does not have its own territory, except for a modest 4x10m pool with 6 sun loungers (in which they did not swim , sense? there is the sea, and in the bleach you can even at home : )) and 6-8 tables under a canopy. The location of the hotel relative to the sea is really 200-300m. and in the description of the right, the closest hotel to the sea on the main street is the big one (+). But immediately a minus, the road from the hotel to the beach is made of broken asphalt, dusty and cars constantly scurry along it, raising dust and really getting it, they need to give way : ( (but this is a minus of all the hotels located at the main entrance to the beach - and their 70% in Kranevo). I liked the hotel itself, small and cozy. The staff is nice and helpful, I didn’t notice rudeness (although many in other hotels write that they were rude). There is a brand new elevator, my wife and I were relevant, since we lived on 4 There is a safe at the reception, which was used - it costs 3 leva per day (1.5 euros).
Room: Our room was simple, there are still apartments, I haven’t seen them, I won’t say anything. Our room was about 18sq. m. along with a corridor and a bathroom, a small balcony with a table and stools (albeit plastic ones). There is an air conditioner, although when you turn it on, you have to wait for it to turn on first (the remote control on the wall is not electronic, but mechanical), and then for some time to cool the room. True, we must pay tribute to the air conditioner works even without an inserted key fob card with keys into the energy-saving connector. And according to this, leaving for the beach and walking left included. Although we slept with an open balcony and did not turn it on at night, it was normal - a breeze was blowing from the sea : ). The room has a refrigerator, a TV with 3 channels in Russian, a double bed, an armchair-bed, a dressing table, a wardrobe. The bathroom is small, a shower (like everywhere in Bulgaria, just a ladder in the floor into which water flows), and a modest set of toiletries (do not use shampoo from sachets, I washed it once, my hair was like the actors of the ACCA movie : )).
Cleaning every day is a small minus here, cleaners ala Ravshan and Jumshud (they speak and understand poorly, and also aged : (
- Yeah, yeah, to perform on a par : )! They were constantly asked to clean up when we were after the bath or after the beach, in a clear negligee, and after the second knock on the door, they simply opened the door with their key : ( (I didn’t find any signs to clean in my room), but I learned to scream loudly " Now, just a minute", putting on trousers on the go : ). It also happened that we were going, and they came to clean the room, we say that we are leaving in 5 minutes, we seem to understand, they came in 2 hours not cleaned, but just lay down to rest or undressed - our Ladies are right there. But they cleaned the room normally, cleanly and changed the bed with towels every three days.
Food: Well, this is a minus (-) as in all hotels in Bulgaria, they warned about this, but I took it with breakfast because it is important to me. But the buffet (from 8-00 to 10-00) was placed on a small almost coffee table, cheese, feta, tomatoes (it is impossible to eat, strange for Bulgaria), cucumbers, sausage (like parolon : )), bags of margarine (called butter, proudly in three languages), boiled eggs, muesli, bread, jam, croissants (like rubber), cake and sausages in heated trays (as well as sausage "delicious"), scrambled eggs (watery), and milk porridge. All this is proposed to be washed down with either tea from a bag of Akbar or wonderful coffee with milk "School-style" from childhood. I’ll say it’s bad right away, but it’s normal to fill the stomach in the morning. Then I reconciled myself in principle, thinking that I need to eat in the morning, and if I didn’t eat here, I wouldn’t eat it : ).
We never dined or dined at the hotel, but went to the wonderful cafe Bolgarka, located 100m from the hotel, with nice and friendly staff, low prices (there are 5 cafes nearby), and normal food. They had lunch and dinner there, a couple of times they found that there were no places, and had to go to neighboring cafes - they were disappointed : (.
Beach: Short sand, admission is free, but a sun lounger costs 2 Levs (1 euro) per day, and an umbrella 5 Levs (2.5 euros) per day, though there is a so-called free zone, it’s free there, but a lot of people, you can really go to the second line of the beach for lie down with umbrellas, they don’t say anything, but you won’t lie between the umbrellas - they will drive you away or ask you to pay. (next to 1.5-2 km. Albena beach - there were prices for a sunbed 6 Levs already : )). So they paid and lay, they didn’t take an umbrella - it’s not needed. We went to the beach from 9-12 and then after 15-30. They did not burn, like our brothers Slavs : ) (you can see right away). There is a sea of cafes where you can eat too, and drink beer : ).
General about Kranevo: Not bad, I'll even say I liked it in places. Such a civilized Crimea. The hotel is superb compared to the ones nearby. There, as in the USSR, I got : ), and the iron swing for children and slides were preserved. The village is not bad, in the evening we walked along the main street, on which there are a lot of shops and cafes.
Considering it as an economy class vacation - I will say "Yes".
Although having visited places more interesting I will say "NO".
Well, it's up to you to decide what YOU say and I hope that my little novel : ) will help you with your choice. Rest, dear reader, and remember that the most modest rest is better than hard work!

The room was ordinary, two plutor beds, a folding chair and a children's bed. Cleaned up every day. Linen was changed as needed (considering the presence of small children, it was changed every other day). Meals: took breakfast, dinner. The choice for breakfast is rather weak: two types of cereals, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, sausage, cheese, two types of pastries, tea, coffee. The dinners were chic. You could order, the portions are large, and very tasty. The pool is not big, but the children are fine. To the sea 10 minutes. The beach is urban but clean. Umbrellas are paid about 2 euros per day, sunbeds are also paid. It is obligatory to take an umbrella, because the free territory is located rather tricky and there in the main camp. In general, there are many camps in Kranevo, but children swim mainly in free territory, so there is no tension.
The Plas and Margarita hotels are located nearby. Located closest to the beach. Margarita is also good, but a very small pool, but there is a sandbox for children, all children are allowed to play. The senior small went to dig. In general, I recommend Kranevo to all parents with children under 6 years old.
