Meals, shopping at the resort
Please tell me if there is a large supermarket in the town itself. Is there any cookery? Where can you get cheap drinks?

Read my review http://www.turpravda.com/bg/konstantin_i_elena/Koral-h20340-r99674.html I don't think much has changed in 2 years.

There are supermarkets in the resort, but they do not quite meet our usual expectations. Usually these are small shops and small shops. You can find everything you need in them. Varna meets your desires.
Lots of cafes for all tastes. The prices are different too. Prices for salads there range from 3 to 6 lev, soups (small choice) from 2.5 to 3 lev, meat dishes from 5.5 and more, fish - from 12 and more, brandy up to 2 lev per 50 gr.
Prices on the beach: Cocktail from 4.5 levs, bottled - 5.5 levs, draft beer - 2.5 levs, bottled - 4 levs, mineral water - 1.5 levs, coffee - 2.5 levs.

This year I do not recommend going to the resort of St. Konstantin and Elena. There is a reconstruction going on, some hotels are being demolished, so for now, refrain. According to your wishes, see Nessebar.

If there is no binding specifically to a particular city, I can also advise Sozopol, I really liked it there. At lunch (from 12 to 16:00) in all cafes the lunch menu is from 4.5 to 7 leva, in the evening you can take sach almost everywhere for 21-25 lev (a huge dish of yummy, who knows))), the most beautiful old town, Nessebar also close

I join the question. And who knows in Golden Sands, Sunny Beach, apparently more expensive? And if possible, + - the price for a sun lounger and an umbrella on the beach?
аватар monalisa29
Yes, it will be more expensive to eat in cafes in Golden Sands and Sunny Beach. A sun lounger and an umbrella cost 8 leva each (4 euros each) last year.

Food in Golden Sands is expensive, it is better to take a hotel with meals there. Look at the Gradina hotel, it is praised. It is cheaper in Sunny Beach, but we still take it with meals. Look at the Continental hotel, Prima buildings or 3 *. Everyone likes. And if you want to go to restaurants, then this is Pomorie, Nessebar New Town or Kranevo. There is a well-developed catering and inexpensive.

Thanks for the tips :) I would like an active party place, NOT quiet and peaceful. I am not an expert on Bulgaria at all, but it still seems that, given this task, SB, ZP, and maybe Albena are suitable for me?

I support galabu. I liked Sozopol more than St. Constantine. The city is really very beautiful. There are many places that offer a varied menu. I just don't agree with prices. Dinner (very dense) for four (2 + 2) cost 25-30 lev. Lunch about 40 lev. Portions are very large. But in the mehans of the old city with national music and with Bulgarian flavor for good wine - it will not be cheaper than 100 lev. We stayed at Lista. I liked the hotel, although our apartments had a good location.

I will also tell you my opinion on Sozopol. I love it, but I must admit that now the town is very crowded, there are problems with the beaches. And not at all party-going. Hangouts on Sat and ZP, that's right. SB will be cheaper. All parties are in the center, so choose according to your budget. Personally, we (an adult son with me) in any case want to sleep at night, so we always settle in the southern part, which is not far from the center. Just Continental. Nearby is a good hotel Burgas beach, Nessebar beach is praised (it is cheaper than Burgas and, most likely, even suits you very well. If you want even cheaper, then look at Korona, this is a neglected 4 *, not ah. But acceptable. Also nearby. Look at Trakia 3 * and Baikal, but it's noisier there, they go out onto the road without transport, but people from parties go along it all night, not quite sober and quite noisy. In the RFP, take only food, otherwise you will quickly spend all the money.Gradina and Ambassador. If you want more expensive , then Berlin Golden Beach and Berlin Green Park. But my recommendations are still Sunny Beach.

irina_1901, thanks for the detailed answer. And what about Albena can you say something (I understand you are an experienced tourist)), in terms of price and movement, activity?
аватар irina_1901
Albena is a very good resort, but not a party one. Everything is silent there at 11 pm, and I only know a nightclub in Flamingo Grand 5 *, very expensive. This resort is not for you. And the pluses of Albena are beautiful beaches with free sunbeds and umbrellas, a very good buffet in all hotels. We rest for a long time, so we always take the last 10 days in Albena. But this is already when the son walks around Nessebar and walks around wonderful restaurants there, then he dances salsa on Sat and ... a relaxing holiday in Albena with shopping in Dobrich. If something interests you - write in a personal.
