we were in September in Nessebar, Bilyana Beach Hotel.
In general, I love Nessebar.
The hotel is located almost directly on the beach. Meals are breakfast only. were very satisfied.
But we didn't have kids...

You are right in choosing Konstantin and Elena for a vacation with a small child. Golden Sands is noise and din, discos until the morning, a lot of people. I can't say anything about Nessebar. In St. Constantine and Helena, pay attention to the Dolphin, Swan (but it is further from the sea). Dolphin Marina does not have a beach, there is a concrete pantone and a ladder descending into the sea ...
In general - look at Sunny Day, it's a 10-minute walk from the center of St. Constantine and Helena. There are 4 hotels, 3-5 stars, a closed complex - just for families with children ;) But it can be a little boring for you there .. But if the goal is less noise, more sea, then this is it! And I would advise Sunny Beach, we rested there last summer, mom, dad and daughter are 3 years old .. we were in the LONGOZA 4 * hotel, very good, there is 5 * Tiara Beach .. the only thing is that this resort is mainly populated by Germans if it doesn't bother you... everything around is clean, beautiful...
