There is a problem with the beaches in Constantine, they are municipal and rather dirty, although the resort itself is wonderful, we have been there many times. There are two decent beaches, at the Rubin Hotel and at the Azalea Hotel, as well as in the Sunny Day resort near Konstantin (there is a very good beach there). From Khanat, I would go to Azalea, but it is far, 500 meters. Closer is the municipal one, 300 meters, but it is bad. I would not take this hotel at all, even for a very good price. Due to the remoteness from the beach, we do not even dare to go to a good Romance hotel. If you want cheaper, then take Yo hotel, there is a direct road to Rubin beach, 300 meters. It is good, for breakfast, but lunches are also prepared on request, inexpensively. And the place is much quieter. If you're interested - ask.
