On the first floor there is air conditioning, on the second - only fans. The living room has a TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink. There is a washing machine, an electric dryer (there is also a regular folding dryer on the balcony) and an autonomous water heater. There is a nuance with the water heater: such a translucent tube departs from it. So it’s better to find this tube right away and put it in the sink, otherwise you will have a swamp on the floor all the time. There is no hair dryer. The Greenway kitchen is stocked with everything you need: plates, cups, glasses, a large saucepan (we also asked for a smaller one), a frying pan, spoons, forks, knives, a cutting board, a dishwashing sponge and a kitchen towel. For pasta lovers, I recommend bringing a colander with you. Tap water of good quality - without foreign smells and tastes, can be used in cooking. Electric stove (2 burners). You can also use the oven and microwave at the bar. The house on the ground floor has a rather cold floor, so some slippers will come in handy. Of the more significant shortcomings: the furniture in the bedroom and in the living room was very creaky and the stairs to the second floor were rather steep.
There is free WiFi throughout the hotel. From the living creatures in the hotel there is a young cat Havana and Chico the turtle walking around the territory. The territory has its own swimming pool - not very sick and not very deep, just for the children to frolic. For children there is a playground, a sandpit, a corner with swings and bicycles for rent.
Bartenders combine the functions of an administrator. Everyone is very friendly and ready to answer any of your questions. The beach turned out to be close (3 minutes walk through the tourist complex "Tiliya" and immediately you go to a small ladder to the free part of the beach without sun loungers): sandy, clean, free WiFi is caught.

A two-story house, it has: a kitchen (stove, refrigerator, table, dishes, etc. ), a large living room with air conditioning, a spacious shower room / toilet with a washing machine, on the second floor there are two rooms: one with a double bed, a wardrobe and a dressing table with a fan; the second nursery with a bunk bed, a sofa, a chest of drawers and a balcony. In general, our house suited us completely. A small minus was that it was quite stuffy on the second floor, but thanks to the draft, the issue was sometimes resolved.
When leaving, we left the keys to the house at the reception of the manager herself, a very pleasant woman named Penka, or her assistant. The beach is 200 meters away, it's 5-7 minutes, half the road is in the shade. The beach itself is small, on the right is a breakwater made of concrete blocks that goes into the sea, on the left is a large hotel. The sand is clean and pleasant. As you enter the water, you have to walk carefully: there are stones overgrown with algae. Further is normal. The water is quite warm and clear, despite the often floating algae. At the bottom there are many small fish, sometimes you can find crabs. But they do not interfere with swimming, they do not create discomfort. On the contrary, it is interesting to watch them curl at their feet. There are no umbrellas, chairs and similar beach utensils (only for a fee near hotels), therefore, who needs what - everything is with you.
You can walk along the coast, bypassing various hotels and adjacent beaches, and go to the pier, which, even in almost calm weather, is washed by considerable waves. You can walk around the resort itself, along its small paths and streets, among a variety of villas and hotels. A very large shopping alley where you can buy various souvenirs, eat, exchange currency (the exchange rate is the same in almost all points). On the territory of the resort there is a small orthodox Christian monastery where you can light candles. There are also swimming pools with mineral water, and for children Luna Park.
We did not eat at any eateries, but decided to buy food on our own in the supermarket. There are several small supermarkets on the shopping alley, but the prices there are more expensive than, for example, in the Piccadilly Park supermarket in Varna. Before that, we traveled by bus. To stop "Marek" on foot about 10 minutes, buses run frequently. 5-7 minutes and we are already in a large supermarket in Piccadilly. Having bought all sorts of goodies, we return to the hotel in the same way. A ticket for one person on the bus to this stop costs 1.60 leva. Once we took a taxi to the supermarket, which turned out to be even cheaper. There are three of us, and on the bus it turns out 4.20 lev, and we managed to negotiate with a taxi driver for 4 lev. We probably went to the market every other day. The prices in it are the same as in our supermarkets like "Crossroads".
Balchik is a beautiful place in Bulgaria, and we have been there three times already, and this time we decided to visit too. We ordered a fixed-route taxi through Penka (5 leva per person), and after 20 minutes we were already in the city. We returned back by taxi for 40 lev.
On another day, we decided to go to the Stone Forest, otherwise it is called "Driven Stones". Our sweetest hostess Penka ordered a taxi, and we went to see this miracle of nature with a very pleasant driver. It is half an hour drive from the resort. The taxi driver, while we were examining the stones, collected mulberries and plums for us, showed us the spring. Back in Varna, we got into a small traffic jam, because it was already evening, but the driver managed to bypass most of the traffic jam through the streets.
In "St. Konstantin and Elena” is an Ecopark, it is located across the road that leads to Varna. Entrance fee, 2 leva adult ticket, 1 liter. to kid. The park has a lake, a stream, a rose garden. You can ride a horse or just walk in the shade of trees.
We spent a wonderful week at this resort. Didn't want to leave. Early in the morning, our hostess Penka personally delivered us to the airport, we parted as close people, she is such a sincere and wonderful woman.
The flight was not delayed. We returned already by the S7 company to Domodedovo.

Far from VIP conditions, but homely, cozy and fun. 2 floors: on the first floor there is a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen (I really liked the household equipment: spoons, forks, knives, saucepans, pans, a kettle, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, wash basins, an electric stove) - in general, there are conditions for cooking delicious dinners and lunches; on the second floor there are 2 rooms (a nursery with a bunk bed and an ordinary 2-meter one and a bedroom for parents, they additionally offer to install a small crib for babies up to 2 years old, if necessary).
On the territory of the club hotel there is a bar (you can eat tasty and cheap at any time : ), swimming pool, reception (stable Wi-Fi zone), bike rental and the best part is massage....here it is done better than in Thailand, very good master. Of course, at an additional cost.

In addition, there is a TV with Russian channels, internet, washing machine, telephone and safe.
Now, as for the infrastructure: "room service" works 24 hours, a swimming pool, a sauna, a massage room, a children's playground, a barbecue area, a solarium, parking. Certainly very well furnished. Therefore, if possible, it is better to purchase and go to the beach without worries until the end of the vacation.

I will not say that it is exquisite, but in terms of price / quality, in my opinion, the best alternative to all restaurants located on the coast.

There are no parties, fun and noise. Everything is very welcoming and quiet, this is a countryside version of the hotel.
If your child is under 10 years old and you just need a calm, homely, cozy and warm holiday on the coast, this is the best option.
