We traveled through the TPG tour operator, we were satisfied with the service, maintenance, level of recreation. The manager was constantly in touch with us, who was interested in everything that was happening and assisted in resolving any issues. We arrived at the hotel at 15:00. Settlement is fast. Reception staff are friendly and courteous. The room is standard. Of course, he could use a facelift, but in general, everything looks very good. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator worked without problems. There were no strange smells in the room. Large balcony with plastic furniture, there is a clothes dryer. Noise isolation is normal. The bathroom is small, towels were changed every 3-4 days. The room was cleaned daily. Bed linen was changed once a week. The food is varied and tasty. Breakfast was always pastries, eggs, scrambled eggs, cereals, a large selection of fruits. For lunch and dinner, soups, side dishes, vegetables, several types of meat, including grilled. Sweets, ice cream, drinks - everything is delicious. The tables are clean and so are the dishes. The waiters serve quickly. There is an aqua park on the territory of the hotel, there are not many slides, but there is where to have fun, although the water in the pool is quite cool. We are satisfied with the animation, especially a lot of different entertainment for children. The whole territory of the hotel is very beautiful, well-groomed, a lot of greenery, various entertainments, sunbeds. There are several beaches in the area, the sand is pleasant, we just rested on towels. The water is slightly cool and clear. The hotel has good service, sociable and helpful staff, cozy, calm atmosphere. We had a wonderful rest, we will recommend Andalussia Hotel to our relatives.

There are no claims to the tour operator (TEZ). The hotel and the entire territory of the Royal Club Victoria complex is striking in its neglect and dirt. Dry plants, well-groomed lawns for which no one cares. The staff, more like homeless people, only smokes and sips coffee. Shabby pools with muddy water, where chemistry is poured in the morning in front of breakfast vacationers.

Shabby pools with muddy water, where chemistry is poured in the morning in front of breakfast vacationers. And an hour later, children are already bathing in this "solution". The restaurants are dirty, lack of dishes and wild queues for food. Every trip for food is a battle and a hassle. Chronic shortage of sun loungers on a dirty beach, you need to take a seat at 6 in the morning. According to rumors from the staff, the owner of the complex is under investigation and the situation only gets worse from season to season. Avoid resting in such a place.

I chose this hotel because of the amazing water park. I didn’t like the check-in, we arrived at 10 am, weren’t allowed to have lunch, put on the bracelets at 4 pm. The kitchen is the same too. During our stay, they did repairs, we had to go to ask for something, then shampoo, then something else. Our room was good, with a sea view, we liked it.

The sea was clean, warm, we were lucky with the weather. There were not enough sun loungers on the beach, there was almost nothing in the bar on the beach at three in the afternoon, there was no juice, only buns. The hotel is right on the beach, very close to the beach. There are flaws, but not everything was so bad in this hotel.

The Andalusia 4 * hotel has an All inclusive system, throughout the day there is a choice of drinks and ice cream for every taste. The territory is huge, you can use the services of all hotels + the first coastline at our hotel. There is a promenade for walking, cool. From entertainment aquapare, SPA, water activities and bike rental. The staff is wonderful, there were no problems, the room stock was a bit tired, but in general it was ok) The food is varied, there is meat, fish, etc. - no worse than Turkey. Rest satisfied.

Beautiful place. Not a comfortable hotel. The climate system was constantly malfunctioning, it was incredibly hot in the room and stuffy. Complete lack of cleaning! Sunbeds need to be borrowed early in the morning! On the day of arrival, we were denied lunch, since we arrived at 11 o'clock, and check-in at 15, and lunch (the day we paid for !!! ) was not allowed to us !!! The beach is not being cleaned! A lot of stones, gobies.

Well, what could be better than a combination of beautiful nature and relaxation))
The hotel itself has its own beach, which is very convenient. And for those who really want to relax - SPA, it's cool there, you get younger by the minute. So yes, this is an all-inclusive hotel. The food is chic, we tried local dishes, excellent) The territory is impressive, everything is very beautiful, but the most important thing is the views, they really fascinate. . .
The room was chosen very good, from it you could even see the Atlantis water park, we also had time to have fun there, the adrenaline had not yet left the blood)
Delicious cocktails and beautiful bartenders) There is a lobby bar and a pool bar. Free wi-fi.
We did not waste time and also went to Sunny Beach, it is very close to the hotel, it is convenient to get there.
In general, a great place to relax, very romantic, especially for lovers)

Good day to all. I hasten to warn and protect everyone who is going on vacation to Bulgaria with small children in the first place. Dear moms and dads, do not take your children to this unsanitary environment!!! Having shared my bitter experience, I want to dispel the myth that Bulgaria is a great vacation for children!!! ! I hope the photos will confirm this. First of all, I would like to say that we went on vacation in a great mood and without any, even the slightest, share of skepticism. The travel agent advised us this country very much, because the climate is very suitable for a small person for 7 months, and the flight from Brest, which is very convenient, without transfers, 2 hours and you are at sea. Everything related to the work of the tour operator (Tez tour) has no complaints: they met, delivered to the hotel, everything was organized and fast. We were settled in the hotel on the first floor, windows overlooking the pool and the sea. At first glance, there was nothing in the room... we quickly changed clothes and went to the sea! We booked a room with a baby cot, which was not in the room, but a chair-bed was laid out, but we did not focus on this. Although it was written in black and white on the voucher that the baby was 7 months old and there was a cot in the room. During the day, we asked 6 times at the reception that the crib still be brought. Each time the administrator wrote down, but the crib was never brought. It's already night, and the child has nowhere to sleep. The bed in the room is not a double bed, although it was booked that way. A double bed, as it turned out, in Bulgaria are considered to be shifted single beds, which have a very inconvenient feature - this is a wide gap exactly in the middle, which increases when the beds move apart from the fact that you simply turn from side to side. As a result, I had to plug this "cleft" with towels, sheets, blankets in order to put the child with us. And maybe if the mattresses on the beds were in good condition, these resort nights would not be a test for the spine for strength, because when you lie down on the mattress you feel like in a hammock and fall through the fifth exact to the floor. After removing all the covers and sheets, it turned out that the mattresses had no other support under them except for the floor, and the beds are not beds, but just two mattresses on the floor and a wooden headboard screwed to the wall !! Bed linen is damp. This is not surprising, because the room was very damp. Turning on the air conditioner, five minutes later you realize that the room is filled with stale air with the aroma of raw mushrooms and mold, so we did not turn it on. But this unit was still a constantly open portal for bloodsuckers, who bit our child so much that no ointments from bites helped, and even a raptor bought in a pharmacy did not save much! the child looked like he was being tested with a biological weapon. There was a carpet on the floor in the room, which was never vacuumed during the 7 days of our stay!!! there is a thick layer of dust on all surfaces: lamps, tables, a mirror, a TV... it’s even disgusting to remember!! ! This is provided that the hotel positions itself as a family hotel, for children from 7 months old !!! What is hidden under the name "pillows"and " blankets" , it’s generally scary to show... I’ll say this, these are lumps with incomprehensible contents. Now let's talk about the service. It should have been so in accordance with the 4 stars and the services declared by the hotel: change of towels every day, change of bed linen every other day, cleaning of the rooms every day. And now how it was: the room was cleaned only after the scandal, and then not the first time, I had to follow the cleaning, so that they could vacuum and wipe at least the dust !! linen was changed once in 10 days, cleaned twice, towels were changed once, the bathtub was washed once!!! despite the fact that at first they asked in a good way, like we have a small child, we need wet cleaning, change of linen, please clean. No reaction!!!! only the scandal helped! and no one even apologized, and the hotel manager also insulted and shouted !!! ! this is nonsense! Regarding the fact that you can go to the hotel with small children who do not eat from an adult table, but purees and cereals: there is nowhere to get boiling water for cereals !!! there is not even a kettle in the restaurant, they boiled water for me in a 12-liter pot, I was shocked. Sent to the lobby bar in the coffee machine to dial boiling water. I go up to this infernal machine, I press the button for boiling water, but it does not flow... the duct is clogged. . I press it again and then a viscous clot of coffee-milk color drips into my glass and then a red-brown liquid flows... I told the bartender about this, I say, it would be necessary to clean it... reaction: no, as I sat on a chair, I remainedsit. . every day I tried my luck at the vending machine in the hope of finding clean boiled water. . unsuccessfully((as a result, they were saved by a small electric kettle, which they rented from friends. And now about the most important thing: no one anywhere and never warned us even with a hint that it is dangerous to swim in the sea, because there is no sewerage on the entire coast of Burgas, and hotels are all "charm"drained directly into the sea in front of the hotel. But we learned about this from the ambulance driver, heading to the clinic with a 7-month-old baby in a pre-syncope state from dehydration... diarrhea, vomiting, high fever....in one clinic they couldn’t help us, they sent us to another, to Burgas... they treated us well, the specialists were good, the child was under droppers for three days and all, as one, the doctors kept repeating: “the virus is in the sea, the virus is in the water”, but no onedoes not speak about this virus. . . of course, if people knew about such an epidemiological situation in the country, no one would have gone, and the country's economy would have been shaken, which, of course, is more important than people's lives and health!!! as the doctors said, they bring packs of sick tourists all season long, there is nowhere to put them! locals do not swim in the sea, but go to some lakes or rivers. The fact is that these viral bacteria are activated when the sea becomes warm above 20 degrees! Following the child, I became infected, and was also in the hospital under a dropper. The husband immediately began to drink antibiotics, so it affected him in a mild form. The pharmacy even advised us on various antibiotics, which, as the pharmacist said, are most often taken !!! After all this, I discovered that diamond wedding earrings were stolen from my bedside table in the hospital, while I was in a coma with a child, and my husband was running for medicine. But the manager of the clinic did not even allow the thought that these were staff, although no one else came in and even ran into us! These Bulgarians are super polite people. Although I am a non-scandalous person and never go into conflict, it turned out that the conflict was constantly coming at me. The tour operator did not provide us with a transfer, even the fact that we are with a 7-month-old child and we have to travel 60 km. Therefore, we took a bus with a transfer, since there was no direct flight to Elenite, only through Sunny Beach. On the bus, we were forced to pay for a 7-month-old child as an adult, so foreign children have to pay for travel regardless of their age, and local children under 7 years old are free of charge... I wonder what kind of discrimination, why are foreign children worse?!!! I would also like to say separately about the beach: the stench on the beach is terrible because of the sewerage, you can’t enter the water, since the entire coast was covered with huge cobblestones, on which everyone cut their legs (the coast was strengthened and instead of making a breakwater, they just stupidly threwstones), near the shore in the water there is porridge from algae, which is thrown onto the beach directly, and they rot there and also stink, and small midges start up in them, which bite very painfully. The sea is very dirty. Attempts to swim in the Andalusian pool were unsuccessful, the water is just freezing, and in the children's pool, people passing from the beach also rinsed their feet! We swam several times in the pool of the Royal Park Hotel, more or less there. The fact that the old and torn deck chairs, against the background of all of the above, is just a trifle. In the restaurant you are greeted by very unkempt waiters who have one shirt for the whole season and pants, all stained, the pants already shiny with grease. The waiters are not local, the hair is unwashed, half of the teeth are missing, just a parade of handsome men. A bunch of wasps and mosquitoes, and no one fights with these creatures of God. Nobody cleans wasp nests near the hotel, (which ones are humane), but they bite children - this is normal. And if we were so unlucky alone, otherwise we are not the only ones, and not the first, and not the last. The impressions of the rest can be expressed as follows: "it's good that you are alive. "Only you, dear tourists, can answer for yourself the question: "to go or not to go? "or the health of the child.

We "rested" in this hotel from July 24 to August 15. We bought it on the all-inclusive system for 21 days. We were one adult and two children aged 7 and 9. We decided, well, let it not be Turkey, but Europe all the same. The hotel looks beautiful, the territory is landscaped. It can be seen that there are bold architectural solutions.

We decided, well, let it not be Turkey, but Europe all the same. The hotel looks beautiful, the territory is landscaped. It can be seen that there are bold architectural solutions. BUT, as for the service and the attitude of the staff towards us vacationers, and towards the hotel itself, this is SOMETHING !! ! When I moved in, the problems started. First of all, we were settled with the children on the 8th floor. Okay, not scary, but the elevator was NOT working all this time. I had to go up and down several times a day. And fuck they wanted you to have kids. There was a parallel elevator in the other wing, but it only went up to the 4th floor. So there was a huge queue to him all the time, that it was easier to go with your wing to your floor. Next, as for the beach. On the beach, first sand, then large pebbles. The entrance to the sea is normal. After 20 meters, the strip was shallow. Water generation.
As for the hotel itself. Since this Andalusia is part of a chain of hotels where, in addition to Royal Park, as well as Atrium Beach, there are not enough sunbeds for everyone. If you came to the beach at 10-11 am, then most likely you will have nothing left to do but lie down on the lawn grass (spread a towel) right next to the beach. And trust me, you won't be alone. If you want to use the toilet, then there is none on the beach. You need to run either to the room or to the reception. As for the number. DIRT, there is absolutely no talk of any sanitary standards in the representation of local personnel! The carpets in the rooms are not washed or vacuumed. It looks as if a company of soldiers in dirty boots walked over it. Very dirty, it feels like a checkpoint in the room of some kind of shabby office. Bed linen is not changed, towels in the room are not changed. There is no drinking water in the room. You don't have to rely on a kettle in the room. There is none, no tea or coffee.
All you can count on is soap supplies. As for the area inside the hotel. Since we had to very often go up to the 8th floor (and go down), we constantly stumbled upon vomit on the flights of stairs. This was not uncommon. Some familiar families from Orenburg, Moscow, Vilnius had been ill with an intestinal infection. It seems that the hotel has fallen into the cycle of unsanitary conditions and intestinal diseases from which there is no way out. During the rest, an ambulance came several times. They took away people from young to old. All around there is dirt, mold, smudges, tiles fall off, sockets, locks on the doors are spruce (loose). The toilet at the reception is terrible. Small, and even the door to the inside opens. That is, you need to how about going to snuggle up to the far corner, and then close the door. In the evenings, vomit sits in the sinks for hours. NOBODY is removed. First of all, there are very few staff. Second, it's slow.
Third, lazy. They always pretend to be busy. Everything must be asked through nerves and screams. LOBBY BAR is something!! ! Coffee, tea and drinks are served in disposable cups. It's 4 stars! These cups are everywhere and they are not in a hurry to clean them up. As for food. I rate some of the food as normal, but very often uneaten food from the buffet wanders from one day to the next. It was interesting to observe how many days the cooks would shift from breakfast to lunch, from lunch to dinner, this rotting sausage, fruits, and vegetables. Very often, what they didn’t eat today is served for tomorrow, for the day after tomorrow. Always queuing for food. There are no trays. I had to take plates in two hands and stuff everything that was possible into them.
As for the AQUA PARK. Unsanitary conditions. Came across plastic sunbeds (getting a sunbed is no less difficult) after which the towel is black. After 18 days, the Husband came to us.
Since there was no room, it was placed (or the tour operator did so) in a nearby hotel included in this network. The hotel was called Atrium Beach. They went to visit each other. All the above problems in this hotel are exactly the same as in ours. One senses a single network policy. Someone from our acquaintances at the hotel, after talking with the staff, said that the owner of this hotel chain does not care about anything, everything is up to the light bulb. And the staff itself receives little. SUMMARIZING. I want to note that I am not demanding, but there are too many problems, just too many, here the most calm person will be disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND OTHER HOTELS INCLUDED IN THIS NETWORK!! ! Maybe at first everything was fine. The hotels are really beautiful, but that's all there is. Of course, we went there first of all to the sea, but the service and sanitation took over. And I would personally spit in the FACE of the OWNER of the hotels!!!
Our whole family, including the Husband, who came for us and stayed for only 3 days !! ! - caught LICE!! ! THIS IS VERY HIGHLIGHTING!!! ! Today, August 16, we are finally home. We are engaged in the fact that we remove lice and erase everything on which we slept the first night. We are ashamed to tell our friends about our vacation in Bulgaria. We have nothing to tell them. Although yes, Nesser is an old town. I advise you to go there. But this does not apply to the hotel. As for it, for the money you can definitely pick up something better!

We arrived, rented an apartment, two rooms with a kitchen, at first everything was fine - we cooked ourselves. Then we found out that you can buy all inclusive and eat in a restaurant, we decided not to bother with cooking (which we later regretted). After the first day of eating at the restaurant, the whole family (two adults and three children) was poisoned. The administration made round eyes and said that they have such a first time. At the same time, there is no place where to wash your hands near the restaurant, there is no toilet. And yet the confectionery is displayed simply on the tables without any refrigerators. The next day after our poisoning, they saw three times how the doctors went to the rooms and this was only in one day. There was a smell of chlorine in the elevators and in the lobby, we can only guess why.
As a result, from the entire two-week vacation, I fell ill with a temperature, and more than half of all the symptoms of poisoning. DO NOT GO HERE!! !

Settled somewhere at 14.30. We went into the room and died. He probably had never been vacuumed, on the beds there were one shabby rag for each, in the bathroom there were half-empty gels. But, thank God, the room was not ordered by us with a sea view and at my request it was changed. True, we had to wait a bit while someone tried to get a beach towel.
By the way, regarding towels, I also had an interesting experience, but I immediately realized that I needed to be patient on this "rest". I can say that it is not easy to get them. At the reception, they immediately answer that they are not. When asked when they will be or how it can be done (everyone asks similar questions), the young lady indifferently throws "I don't know" and multiplies the questioner by zero (this is a typical reaction of the staff there). The Russians immediately begin to scandal. In general, I was “lucky” with a towel on the very first day: I took towels, there were only 3 of them at the reception, exactly as it should be. But I couldn’t even imagine (I saw on the beach) that in a 4+ hotel they would give shabby towels with holes and pretty decent ones (up to 3 cm in diameter). Only one was intact. Besides, they were all different. The feeling that they just collected everything at home, everything that they were going to put into scrap, but they brought it here out of poverty.
The number has been changed. It was cleaner, it no longer had such a strong humidity in the air, but the balcony did not close. No one cleaned the room for the whole stay even once. There were already 2 towels for each. The bed was never changed either. Clean towels and toilet paper had to beg for two days. The answer was also: no. The maid said that she was given 3 small towels and 5 large ones for the day (and the floor is long) and tried to slip one gray shabby rag. But the next day we were somehow lucky and she gave some pretty white towels. In the bathroom, instead of hooks and shelves, there are only holes in the walls. In the room, the ceiling is cracking, the skirting boards are not glued to it well.... In general, the room is shabby. Near the elevator, the walls are painted: "Rostov-on-Don, I love you, " etc. I saw this for the first time in my 50 years.
And yet, this hotel is a hotel of queues. The queue for the elevator, in the restaurant, etc. That is, formally there are services, but it is impossible to use them. Many walked. But in this case, you can, but what to do in a restaurant and in other cases?
The restaurant has a wild queue and dirt, where the offered dishes are located. So, for example, the pasta that was scattered at lunch near their "trough" was lying around in the evening, but there were already other pasta in the "trough". Similarly, there were placers of potatoes. No one thought to clean up. Dishes were displayed in broken piles, sometimes a quarter of a plate was missing. The waiters are just exotic. Feeling as if the homeless were launched. They are terribly tattered, dirty, crumpled. They said they were Romanians. With their hands right through the plates of visitors on the table stretch. Someone could not stand it, shouted that they removed their hands. There are no tablecloths on the tables, Soviet oilcloths (hotel 4+! ). There are no cups. Idea: go with your own!! ! Only in the morning something like mugs. Nobody saw teaspoons here at all. Ice cream should be eaten with a tablespoon. The cook is very bad, often oversalted and not tasty. However, many write about it. All this against the backdrop of a terrible queue, or rather several queues (for the main course and tea and coffee).
There is never any dishes in the lobby bar. If you are lucky 2-3 mugs (just imagine: espresso from a 300-gram mug! ), Maybe 1. There is the same homeless bartender in charge. The husband asked to pour 2 cups of water (they were poured into disposable ones), so he poured 2 glasses of vodka for him. The husband said that he did not ask for this, and he says to him: "Drink. " Husband: "Drink yourself. " Answer: I love whiskey. Then we took a closer look, and there it was designed for degraded alcoholics.
Then they tried to just take water and quickly leave.
The beach is also described quite accurately. I can add from myself that they don’t clean it either: the sand is dirty - cigarette butts, cups... There are no toilets on the beach, which is probably why we saw how Russians (Muscovites) of a child, about 5 years old, sent for the last row of sun loungers under the wall to go to the toilet.
The Internet also exists only formally. It is impossible to use them. Neither in our hotel, nor in the neighboring one. If at some time it was possible to send a message, then this is normal. Mail is almost impossible to talk too.
We saw how at the reception they dealt with theft in the rooms of the children of some maid. Later, this teacher and I somehow crossed paths, she said that the child caught the maid in the hot, so she pushed him. But all is well thanks to this teacher over. She already went up with her son to the 8th floor, and there it was like a gypsy camp. It's good that the teacher is smart. I demanded to call the police and a representative of the consulate. So the child was returned the money for the stolen goods.
Tired of this "vacation". Added to the draft some wicked Russians, who often scandalized everywhere. In general, we happily waited for objections home.
Never before in Bulgaria had such a bad rest. Always clean, great service.
