We visited this hotel in mid-February 2012. Planned a vacation with family and friends. But unfortunately, due to weather conditions and problems on the road, we decided to go together (husband and wife).
At the hotel we were greeted by friendly staff. True, not on all shifts in the reception they spoke good Russian)). They settled us in a good two-room apartment No. 7. Everything seems to be fine, but... The first floor, there is no balcony, the view from the window to the altfators, there are no utensils in the kitchen. It was not possible to change the number to another one, because. the hotel was fully booked. in the kitchen, the stove turns on after the refrigerator is pushed aside and the plug is inserted into the upper outlet, because. There is one socket at the bottom. One saucepan was given after the third request. They said that the owners of the apartments must agree. But by the way, you can eat in the hotel restaurant or in other places. The prices are quite affordable (it's more expensive here in Ukraine) and the food is delicious. We did not take dinner for 8 euros per person, because We thought it would be more interesting to order it from the menu. Every time new and impressive portions)). Went to other places for dinner and everything was delicious.
After skiing, you can perfectly relax and unwind in the pool and take a steam bath.
Our advice ----- come to this hotel . It matches the price and quality. But. . . )))) take a small saucepan and some utensils if you want to cook something yourself. And ask to settle not opposite the garbage containers))). And so all is well))). Have a nice holiday!
