It took 3.5 hours from Sofia airport to the hotel. They settled quickly, because they arrived at 16h. Building 301B, room 13. The porter brought the suitcase to the room. The staff is very friendly, they speak Russian and English. Next to the reception there is a storage room for ski equipment. The linen in the room is changed every day. We have a two-room suite, two balconies, a kitchen, a toilet, a bath. The rooms are warm. Dining room and swimming pool in the main building.
Breakfast and dinner are included, buffet style. The food is delicious. But breakfast is the same.

The SPA is open from 8 am to 9 pm. Access to the SPA is free of charge for hotel guests. Paid massage only. There is one swimming pool, a jacuzzi with hot water, a hammam, a sauna, an infrared sauna, an alpine barrel with ice water, three exercise machines, a shower, a toilet. Bathrobes and slippers for the pool in the room. Towels can be borrowed from the reception at the spa.
The hotel has a mini market.
There is a children's room where it will be interesting to spend free time with small children. There is billiards, it costs 2 leva (euro).
To the center 30 min. Walking step. The road is not comfortable, there are no sidewalks.
There are two big supermarkets. Prices are the same as ours. Local wine and Spanish jamon go with a bang)
From the hotel to the ski lift every 15 minutes. minibus runs. The queue for the lift is long. The first day was 1.5 hours. He takes you to the main clearing, and there are two chair lifts, one carries (with a transfer) to the very top. Blue slopes, like red ones in Sochi on Krasnaya Polyana.
