The wine is bad, despite the fact that in the neighboring restaurants everything is in order, the food is tasty and inexpensive.
And the rest is not bad in Bansko, even for a skier you can find classes for the New Year's week (but no more). The queue for the gondolas, of course, is terrible, but the issue of 10 leva per person is easily solved with beads to the nearest chair, and there it is already without problems.

For me, this resort is one of the best places for such a holiday, besides, the SPA in Bansko is just great. My wife simply couldn’t get out of there, and after active rides it wasn’t a sin for me to relax there either. In addition, the service is more than good, everything is cleaned on time, the staff is polite, there are no conflicts with the administration.

It was just divine! I have always respected hotels in ski resorts where there are SPA and wellness centers. For it's just incredibly beautiful after active skiing just to relax while your body is carefully taken care of. Disadvantages: a company representative appeared at the hotel upon arrival only 2 times - upon arrival and departure, by the way, her name is Diana (Travellink) and her participation in organizing the tour was practically not felt. On the eve of departure, Fisher RX8 skis were almost taken away from the ski wardrobe, they bought at one time for 500 euros, they began to look for them - the porter brought them in 5 minutes. , saying that other tourists arrived and they moved them to another ski-wardrobe, although no one came (the hotel was already almost empty), and they only had one ski-wardrobe. Therefore, if you take expensive equipment, keep it from sin. . . in the room. And so, the option is quite usable, there is free wi-fi in the bar, the staff is not particularly intrusive.
