The bathroom is quite spacious. Bath, washbasin, toilet. Yes. There was no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. But they did not experience any inconvenience from this. Soap, gel, shampoo, brushes with toothpaste. Everything is included. Bathrobes and slippers available from day one. Towels were changed several times during the week. Bathrobes were changed on request. We had a habit of not making the bed. So, returning after skiing, we saw everything filled. The lighting in the room is also okay. There are not 5 channels on TV, but much more (did not count). Of these, 2 are in Russian and one Kyrgyz is also in Russian. SPA zone - everything is normal. We lived in the main building. But when going to the restaurant, they didn’t go out anywhere. Passage through -1 floor. What prevented previous comrades from going to the pool in slippers? I do not understand.
Meals: Breakfast is a standard buffet, like everywhere else. Eggs in various preparations, ham, sausages, muesli, kefir, fruits, etc. Dinner, while there were few people, there was a menu. Guzzling. 5-6 types of salads, hot and dessert. By the weekend, people drove up and made a buffet for dinner. As a drawback, I note the lack of liquids at dinner (water, tea, etc. ). All for a fee. But they say so everywhere they have accepted.
Ski storage in the basement. Shoes to dry were taken to the room. It is a fact. But entering the vault was no problem. Question to NKARPOVA. You probably don’t walk around the apartment in shoes? Why are you rushing to the hotel in them. Not a single decent hotel, and even in the Elbrus region, will not let you into the room in boots.
Transport to the ski lift without any complaints. Never had to wait for the car either in the morning or after returning from the mountain. Two minibuses constantly changed each other. They even took one, two people at a time without waiting for filling.
So come to this hotel and don't be afraid of anything. And the advice to previous authors is to ride in the suburbs and spend the night in their warm little apartments with a full set of dishes (pans, pots, etc. ) Watch NTV + and not get sick.

• We moved to a two-room apartment, the description of which is given below. According to other Russians, they also paid for standard double rooms and their rooms were similar to ours. Apparently, we were put in that closet, because someone sold the occupied room.
Delivery to the ski lift and ski storage
• From the descriptions of hotels on the Internet, it followed that it was within walking distance from the ski lift - about 200 meters. In fact, the hotel is located 500 meters from the ski lift, which is inaccessible if you stomp in ski boots - so you still had to use hotel minibuses.
• The schedule of minibuses was not the most convenient - from 8-30 to 11-00 and from 15-00 to 17-00 (despite the fact that before 17-00 you may not have time to leave the mountain) every half an hour. At other hotels minibuses ran almost the whole day.
• Once we waited for a minibus for 45 minutes, because that day they went once an hour. We have not received any explanation.
• The ski storage room was a cold, unfurnished room in an unfinished hotel basement with a steep, icy, no-step descent. For the sake of appearance, it included a small table fan that turned off at night. The boots didn't dry out.
• Once riding in wet boots, we began to dry the boots in the room on the closet - see the features of heating in the rooms.
• The floors in the corridors are tiled, which for some reason cannot be walked on in ski boots (and who came up with the idea of putting such tiles in a hotel in a ski resort? ).
• Since there was nowhere to leave changeable shoes near the ski lifts, and we did not want to change shoes with the risk of breaking our legs on the way to the equipment storage room, we argued with the security guards every day about walking in ski boots.

• Heating in the room was an air conditioner with air intake and air blowing from the ceiling. Therefore, it was very warm under the ceiling, and the cold air below did not warm up.
• The room we were moved to consisted of two rooms, a bathroom and a dressing room. One room is a bedroom. In the second there was an electric stove with no signs of dishes, a fireplace with a sign not to be used, as it has not yet been tested, a TV with five channels - music without sound, 2 Bulgarian, two - American, mostly about animals (for comparison, my friends had forty channels in the treshka, including ORT).
• The windows in this room also siphon. We tucked two robe belts into a finger-thin gap along the window. The blow has become much less.
• The windows overlooked a construction site, which Solveks did not warn about (but dismissed the option of another hotel near the construction site).
• The hotel itself is not yet completed - they did not hesitate to knock and drill even in the high season.
• Excellent audibility between rooms.

Everything is done through w. . pu! ! For example, in a shower cabin measuring 60x60 there is no shelf for soap, but a non-working phone hangs! The room has three spot halogens above the kitchen next to it (they took a studio) and a wall lamp under the ceiling on the wall perpendicular to the head of the bed. That is, it is impossible to read - it's dark! And I really wanted to, because in such a cold weather we got sick and lay in bed at a pace. 38 two days. There are 3 black and white Bulgarian channels on TV and the same Animal Planet.

We were still lucky, we arrived 4 days before the new year and we had enough rooms, and the family with children who arrived after us faced the fact that there was nowhere to settle them. Apparently they did not have time to complete it !! ! After a stormy scandal, the administrator began to at least try to find a place for them in another hotel!
About the administration, a special conversation. While everything is calm, at the counter they understand you perfectly and speak with you both in Russian and in English. But as soon as a problem arises, the staff, as if on command, falls into a state of mine, don’t understand, or at best, tries to explain to you on the fingers that everything is OK and it should be so!
The distance to the lift from the hotel is much longer than indicated in the brochures. A foundling walks to the mountain disgustingly. Once we had the good fortune to wait for him for more than an hour and not wait to walk with the children on foot with all the equipment. The administrator just shrugged her shoulders, and then from her conversations in Bulgarian with a colleague, it became clear that he was taking a team of workers somewhere on business!
About the rooms: I don’t know how it was in the main building, but in the new one, where we were settled, there was a complete mess. They were completed right before the eyes of those who settled in, sockets, telephones, light bulbs. After the phone was connected to us on the 2nd day of our stay, sand and wire fragments behind the bedside table remained until our departure, despite our requests to remove it. The heated floor in the bathroom did not become warm, but around the kitchen it warmed with might and main. By the way, about the kitchen, we had the good fortune to live in an apartment with a bedroom and a kitchen, and so, the kitchen was but there was no utensils. Just two glasses. No pots or pans. At the reception, they were very surprised, what kind of dishes, everything is as it should be! It’s good that at least there was a bed in the bedroom, otherwise who knows....
We went to the spa and the restaurant from our building only across the street, along a narrow passage between the fence and the wall
for some reason the passage through the corridor was closed. The view from the windows of the rooms - construction, fence. We accidentally learned about the New Year's dinner (paid for in the obligation) from compatriots. We thought it would be in a restaurant, but no, it turns out it was made in an almost completed semi-basement in our building. Having looked there at 10 pm, we saw how the walls were being drilled over the already laid tables and TVs were being hung up! I will only add that we have never had such a boring and hungry New Year's dinner (75 euros per person).

There are many excellent hotels in Bulgaria that correspond to the declared status. In addition, excellent slopes, excellent lifts, no queues, sunny weather and mild climate.
My advice to you, do not step on our rake, choose proven hotels and enjoy a great vacation!
