Call the travel agent. We were told not to worry, but the transport did not wait. They got to Burgas themselves, as they were afraid to miss the plane. I'm not sure that anyone even remembered us. Yes, why didn't I read the reviews before the trip? Yesterday we returned from Bulgaria, from Sunny Beach. The host was Teddy Kam. Before that, we rested with another operator. But, to be honest, I somehow did not attach importance to the receiving party, but in vain! So, if possible, do not mess with Teddy Kam in general and with the "specialist" Rosa in particular! We were also settled not in a 3 * hotel, as we paid for (and booked back in February), but in a shabby 2 * hotel next door. To our question "Why?" they didn't answer us. We called Minsk, but our side was surprised no less than ours, they said that they had not been warned, the reservation was confirmed, and they should check us into the booked hotel. We called Rosa, our curator from Teddy Kam. So this madam openly nasty us, saying that our early booking is all nonsense, we booked early in order to pay less, so now check in where you are put up and don’t speak, but according to their Bulgarian laws, they have the right to put us where whatever. That was her big mistake.. If she had talked to us like a human being, at least tried to explain the reasons for what was happening, you see, we would have waved our hand at the wretched reception, at a tiny room "a la pioneer camp" with 3 wooden beds. And so it was just rudeness. We understood that in Bulgaria this year the demand exceeded the supply, and they decided to sell everything they bought, and resettle it where it is free. So, we told this Rosa that we know the laws no worse, and under the contract they are obliged to put us in an equivalent hotel or in a better one, and 2 * cannot be considered as such. She tried to convince us that this hotel is no worse, and they attribute the stars to themselves (tell me, does a person have an idea?), And it will be difficult to solve the problem. . . My husband suggested that we talk to her management ourselves, since everything is so complicated. But Rosa began to say loudly that this should not be done, we should not meet with the director, she herself ran away. They immediately brought a clothes dryer, because even it was not in the room. And the next day we were moved to the Veris 3 * hotel (the hotel is really very good). And Rosa herself transported us there, reproaching that we did not wait for her at the appointed time (although she did not appoint anything for us, moreover, she said that she did not know when the issue would be resolved, and could not name the exact time!). I called her back, said which room we were settled in, and said, "Thank you, we are happy with everything now." So, on the last day of our stay, reporting the time of the transfer to the airport, Ms. Rosa at the reception slandered us, said that she had done such a service for us by settling in a good hotel, but we DIDN'T THANKED her!!! It is worth noting that we rested with a child of 7 years old, and on the first night, in that "wonderful hotel La Piazza 2 *", the girl cried and asked to go home, because the room was terrible and smelled bad. In fairness, it should be said that the La Piazza 2 * hotel, as a very budget and inexpensive hotel, is not so bad, especially for students from India (who stayed there) or for casual visitors for the night. But if you paid for a 3 * hotel, then this, of course, is not an option. By the way, we were not the only tourists from Belarus who faced the same problem. After 4 days, a family of three also arrived, and they were also accommodated in the La Piazza 2 * hotel, instead of the Troya 3 * hotel booked back in February, BUT! Rosa, who had burned herself on us, acted wisely: she explained the situation with a “breakdown of the sewer” in the booked hotel and settled the family in quite decent apartments. . . In short, I repeat, if possible, avoid TEDDY KAM!!!

The hotel is modest, but here everyone is turned towards tourists. We had a return transfer to the railway station. station. but we drove further - to Albena, Tedi Kam did not mind giving a lift for extra money. I said that earlier we were taken by taxi drivers with things for 30 leva, without things 20 leva, to which the driver said that there were no such prices, taxi drivers from the station ask from 60 euros (120 leva). Naturally. we refused his services, gave a tip of 5 leva and went by taxi. The first taxi driver named the price 30 leva, which I expected. For an individual transfer from SB to Varna, Tedi Kam asks for more than 100 euros, and for a taxi - 60 euros. So, most likely, we will no longer use the intermediary services of Tedi Kam, we will book the hotels ourselves, and the transfer will be by taxi, so it will be much cheaper and without hassle.
