including for additional towels didn't need a tip. The beach and the sea are good. The truth is that the sunbeds and mattresses are paid. Pts. it is convenient that there is a manager on the beach - Kiro. You can immediately pay him the desired number of days and every morning the sunbed you have chosen will be covered with a mattress and waiting for you. Lots of Germans. after dinner, for some reason, the Germans gathered in the lobby and on its veranda, and ours from the side of the beach. We called it "German Sloboda" and "Slavianski Bazaar". Liked it a lot
2007 and 2008 were all very, very good.
This year, either the crisis affected, or the fact that the manager Marinella also became the manager of 20 hotels in Albena, but the level of service decreased by exactly 50%.
The hotel is dirty, towels are not changed for 5 days, you have to win back with a fight, the rooms are practically not cleaned - all this is due to the lack of staff. The same is true in the restaurant. It is very difficult to find an empty table, because they do not have time to clean dirty dishes, there are few staff. But these are still flowers. Apparently, due to the lack of the required number of staff, an EPIDEMIC broke out in the hotel this year! Vomited absolutely all the children. Vomiting was accompanied by high fever and weakness. On average, the duration of the disease is 3-5 days. The doctor from Dobruja did not leave our hotel. Moreover, after the illness, the appetite completely disappeared. My child ate tea for a week before leaving home, and now we are taking tests and trying to figure out what kind of bad we picked up there. Health has not yet been restored.
In general, I will not go to this hotel again.
In addition to the quality of service and rudeness.
And very, very frank well, professionalism rolls over.
Good luck to everyone in finding a good hotel.
