I have been traveling with Balkan Express for more than one year. Never failed! Can't say they are overpriced. I compared with other agencies, it happens in different ways, but on average the prices are the same. Very low prices always alarm me ... Of the agencies you listed, I only heard about Tui and would not recommend it.
