Are there tour operators in Albania in Ukraine?

I am interested in tours to Albania (southern!!!). I would like to understand if there are tour operators in Ukraine who do something in Albania? Not from Montenegro!
I am primarily interested in air Tirana/Corfu/Northern Greece-charters + accommodation in Saranda. As an option, Corfu + Albania, where the company sells a charter + housing, but transfers, as it turns out. We can get by ourselves. There is a multischengen. On the trail. season, of course.

What is considered sane money? I bought a round-trip ticket to Tirana from Moscow for $ 500, quite a reasonable price, from Kyiv it should be cheaper. And from Tirana 4.5 hours by car to Saranda. Buses also run, they take longer.

There is nothing at all from Kyiv to Tirana ;-)
Closest is Corfu (Kerkyra). Skopje also suits me because I am very interested in Macedonia.
Sane money for Corfu and Tirana are different concepts))) For example, I would not fly to Tirana for 500 for sure. But in Corfu it's fine. The situation in Kyiv is a little different than in Moscow - until recently, Vizeir was cheap here, so much so that for 60-100 euros you could fly to Italy, Spain, Germany in the summer. Against this background, Tirana is expensive for 500 bucks, and it’s not the right direction at all (roughly speaking, Skopje is more interesting for 500 bucks). On the other hand, VisAir has already raised the price tag, and, probably, I should get used to Moscow numbers ;-)

hatinka, well, yes, from Moscow, of course, it’s unrealistic to fly somewhere to Europe for 100 euros (((I flew to Tirana by the Austrians with a change in Vienna, there are no direct tickets either, in principle, tickets were 300-350 dollars for these dates, but there was a big connection there (there is no Schengen, they would not let them out of the airport for a walk).

We dealt with the tour operator Carpathians - a tour from Uzhgorod. They work great in Albania, Macedonia, Bosnia. I also saw an advertisement for Albania at Nims tour, also Uzhgorod and Mist tour Lviv.
