I bought the tour at the PEGAS TOURISTIK agency, I liked everything, in principle, the girl communicated with us normally. I did not like that the flight was postponed, but this does not depend on the agency. There was one more thing that we didn’t like very much, I would like to leave such a wish to the agency staff so that they warn tourists that there is no Duty Free in terminal F, usually before departure we go there to buy something, we it was calculated, but it didn’t work out, in fact, this is important, so I want to warn other tourists so that they know what to expect. →

I contacted this agency, as well as many others, to purchase a tour. But they could not provide me with all the necessary information, properly arrange and organize my tour. Probably, the logistical route did not work out well, everyone was brought to their hotels, and we were the last, but we can’t complain about the quality of the transfer, we didn’t have flight transfers. →

I have no complaints about the chord tour, they served at the highest level. The driver team and guide are great. As for PEGAS TOURISTIK, I didn't like it. They say that they will call back in 5 minutes, as a result, I can’t get through to them for 2 days, during this time I manage to get to them, and they haven’t even started to deal with me yet, then, of course, this doesn’t suit me. →
