I bought the tour at the PEGAS TOURISTIK agency, I liked everything, in principle, the girl communicated with us normally. I did not like that the flight was postponed, but this does not depend on the agency. There was one more thing that we didn’t like very much, I would like to leave such a wish to the agency staff so that they warn tourists that there is no Duty Free in terminal F, usually before departure we go there to buy something, we it was calculated, but it didn’t work out, in fact, this is important, so I want to warn other tourists so that they know what to expect. Our operator was JOIN AP, our flights were delayed both on the way there and on the way back. We lost a day of rest upon arrival, and on the way back we postponed the flight to a later time, but this was uncomfortable for us.
