I contacted this agency, as well as many others, to purchase a tour. But they could not provide me with all the necessary information, properly arrange and organize my tour. Agents are simply not interested in their customers. After contacting such agencies, I just had to organize my vacation myself, which I'm not particularly upset about. But the fact that the tour to my hotel was organized by PEGAS and they could not help me with the design, I was disappointed.
