The work of representatives of the travel agency in Kyiv, the work of transfer guides (in both directions) is at a decent quality level. However, the work of hotel guides (except for the first meeting, when we had to hand over the price of services) is terrible. For all the time, we managed to see the hotel guide twice, and on the eve of departure, when we had to clarify a lot (including transfer to the airport), without looking up from the mobile, we were promised to leave a printout at the reception in the evening. →

This company has never let me down, especially with excursions. If I knew that they would not provide me with the service for which I paid, I would have taken it twice cheaper "on the street". I thought that the operator would correct the mistake, if any, and return the money, they did not return it. How do they differ from Mahmud from the Old City then? I have no complaints about the Kiev company, although the problems of the Egyptian operator, I think, could be solved. →

The flight was delayed for 16 hours (!!!) This gift was given to us by the "respectable" UIA airline in tandem with TEZTUR. As a result, we arrived in Egypt not in the morning at 10-00, as we should have, but at 1-00 at night. I was blatantly struck by the attitude of Teztour at the airport, when they ripped off 2 bucks more for a visa. I would like to especially note that we had small children with us, who, due to fatigue and lack of sleep, made us “torn years”. →

The hotel guide was not visible at his workplace during business hours. Sometimes he was seen in a restaurant for dinner. The Royal Grand Sharm hotel had a hotel guide Anex Tour - he was always in his place. A hotel guide from Tez Tour named Muhamed promised to help resolve problems with the room, but he hung noodles on our ears so that we would calm down, but nothing really was done. →

TEZ TOUR Ukraine. The largest tour operator in the direction of "Egypt" frankly disappointed. Airline Windrose is honestly not so hot - yes, the service on board is good, as is the food. By this, they are probably trying to distract from the extremely inconvenient layout of the cabin (free space, like in a minibus) and the worn-out fleet of aircraft. →

Everything quickly, clearly, met, settled. The only thing I didn't like was how our guide, to whom we were assigned, talked about excursions. We came to travel around the country, to feel all the colors, and we were told that we took one tour and that's it. We bought another one in Larnaca and were happy about it →

My whole family has been using the services of the company for many years through an agent, there have never been any complaints. This year, with the change in the leadership of TEZ TOUR, the concept of customer relations has obviously changed. In addition to the desire to earn money, I did not notice a human and professional approach. The loss of the face of the company, as they say, is obvious . →

We contacted the Teztour sales office at 27 Shevchenko Ave., Odessa, with a request for a tour to Sri Lanka for our family of three, including our daughter Manager - Sivchenko Lada. We have already traveled 4-5 times before through this tour operator to different hotels (including this one) and everything suited us (prices, service, etc.). When consulting in Kyiv and buying a tour, there were no options for rooms in the hotel (1 type of rooms was offered, allegedly the only one in the hotel; in fact, having paid a little extra (already upon arrival at the hotel, there were options much more convenient in terms of location and appearance from the room). 2. When buying a tour in Kyiv, the conditions of additional bonuses included in the cost of the tour did not correspond to the actual offer at the hotel. →
