We have been traveling to Egypt only with TESAS for many years, it is very convenient from Kherson. Very good service for a big company. It's a pity the guides in the hotels are starting to be rude (not all - 50/50 - how lucky), but you just need to insist on your own. In a couple of months we are again planning a trip with TEZs. →

We flew for a week to Turkey, Alanya. Bought a tour for a month, paid immediately. Everything is fine, everything was informed. No delays with the plane, the transfer is excellent. Upon arrival, they immediately found the escort, immediately got into an air-conditioned bus, and brought to the hotel. I regret only one thing - it's a pity that the first time I flew not with the TEZ Tour! ;) I flew to Egypt several dozen times already, got into various "trouble": late, delays, inconsistencies in hotels, problems with accommodation, rooms, etc. Where there is a human factor - not without it :( but nevertheless, their employees and representatives (even reached the company's management), almost always helped out and came to the rescue, even repeatedly helped people who bought tours from other operators (5 times - 7 with different my friends this happened) 3 months ago, they even provided me with a transfer at the airport, since mine did not arrive, although I did not buy a ticket from them. →

When we made out the contract for the tour, we agreed on eleven nights and the departure from Egypt was supposed to be at 19.00, and when they came to pick up the tickets, the departure time changed to 8.10 and we had to leave the hotel at 4.35, we didn’t even sleep the night. It was very inconvenient and unpleasant! We flew with the Wind Rose. But everyone else is satisfied: the hotel was advised a good one, met and seen off with comfort. →

Teztur as always on top. Well received, good and comfortable flights, but there is a human factor in any country. At the Minamark hotel, the representative of the company (Mukhamed) did not behave correctly towards the guests. It would not hurt to conduct a second briefing on working with tourists. After all, the guide’s job is not only to sell excursions (which, as everyone knows, are much higher in price), but also to solve issues for a comfortable stay. →

LLC "TEZ TOUR" for almost two months does not respond to the claim, they refused to draw up an Act on violation of the contract, only with a scandal accepted the claim for consideration, brazenly deny the facts that they know, etc. The contract with LLC "TEZ TOUR" violates the rights of consumers. On the territory of two five-star hotels DAIMA (Kemer), which is advertised by TEZ TOUR, at night the smell of garbage, because of which there is nothing to breathe. →

All documents from me were provided for registration of the tour. I think that when making a ticket, managers are obliged to check all the documents of departing tourists and suggest what needs to be issued for traveling abroad and what is missing. Having paid the money for the ticket, I arrived at the airport with the child and they checked my documents for issuing boarding passes and refused us. →

It was not the first time we rested with Teztur, but most likely the last ... Bought a travel voucher for a trip to Greece. Upon arrival at the Heraklion airport, a representative of the Teztur company said that due to the overcrowding of the Aquis Silva Beach 4 hotel, the rooms of which we paid for, we would be settled for 3 days in another one, one floor of the category lower and cheaper (the difference was not returned to us) - " Arina Sand 4" in the village of Kokkini Hani, 8 km from Heraklion airport. →

After reading a bunch of reviews on the Internet, I chose 2 - these are Tui and Tez Tour. In a nutshell, I’ll say about Tui - I personally didn’t like communication with the manager at all !!!
