Everything about the agency was great. We were advised the country, picked up a good hotel. We were absolutely happy with everything. Excellent service, friendly and accommodating managers.
The transfer was chosen individually for us, since it was not a package tour, we flew to Cuba, but everything was fine. We were all picked up, the waiting time was short, we were satisfied with everything. We already went on excursions on our own, without the help of guides and agencies.
