Feedback about TPG travel agency

We chose a tour with the help of the TPG agency and I still regret that I decided to use his services. Terrible service, absolute indifference to customers and their money. Not only could they not find a hotel for us for a long time, but in the end they settled us not at the previously agreed one. We chose a good 5 * hotel, but on the eve of departure, they removed our reservation and did not notify us. And this situation happened not only to us, but to another 50 people from our flight. We were with an 8-month-old baby in our arms, after the road, we wanted to naturally relax, and as a result, we dealt with the situation for a few more hours. The trip was ruined on the first day. If it were possible to rate the agency for a minus rating, I would do so. They not only spoiled our vacation, but also the wedding anniversary, which we actually went to celebrate. Upon arrival, no one answered our requests to return the money, or at least pay compensation. Representatives of the agency absolutely do not make contact and do not want to comment on this situation. I don't understand how you can be so rude to customers and to people in general.
