We got disappointed from the vacation by contacting the TUI travel agency on Simirenka 1/2. The first thing we encountered was the complete incompetence of Natalia's manager. Further, having paid for the tour, in real life we got a completely different vacation than Natalya described to us. Vacation ruined, money down the drain. Further, we will contact other travel agencies, but not TUI, all because of incompetent employees, such as Andreeva Natalia.
