I didn't have any issues while serving at the agency, everything was fine. But with flights - we had delays. In the opposite direction, the flight was delayed for 3 hours, which the representatives did not even know about. And the quality of the transfer was not very good. Yes, and upon arrival, we left the airport an hour later and our transfer had already left. We just got delayed at passport control because the girl in front of us had some problems. And because of this, we left 5 minutes later than the rest. That Anex Tour was immediately disappointed, because we had to take a taxi from the airport, and even pay 2 times more than we should have. Excursions were not offered to us, we were looking for them on the spot.
