We bought 4 tickets for the family, the travel agent Yulia, registered us two by two for different flights back from Egypt, and didn’t even bother to tell us about it in advance. The flight numbers were almost the same, that’s why they didn’t notice right away. We were unpleasantly surprised on the eve of departure. and we had to wait a long time for the family in Boryspil until they arrive for us.
