flew with them, because the departure dates were coming up. The road there was uneventful. The bus is normal, delivery is almost on time (15 minutes late). Picked up 20 minutes later than scheduled. The guide at the hotel from Join-up hovered his excursions for two hours and intimidated us with all sorts of horror stories about local guides. Lost time. →

The tour was bought from Tui, it turned out to be Join Up. The flight was delayed for 2 hours, as reported at the beginning of registration. We spent the whole night at the airport. For seven days of the tour with excursions, they were deceived 3 times. 1 time free survey in Hurghada simply did not come, they did not answer the phones. 1 time deceived with the tour program - it did not match what was promised. →

We rested at the Makadi Spa Hotel from September 12 to 22, they robbed on the first day right before meeting with the guide in hot pursuit, the guide did NOT help, was even dissatisfied .... until he sold the excursions ... promised to sort it out .... they demanded to call the police .... did nothing .... we never saw him again ..... called and asked to forgive the thief . →

The family decided to fly to the sea for the first time in the near abroad, chose a hotel, a date. The travel agency offered 2 options, I chose the one that is $100 cheaper. After reading reviews about Join UP! was shocked and not weakly upset. BUT! I don't know, maybe it's from the "beginners are always lucky" series. Organizationally, everything went off without a hitch. →

We rested in Montenegro, in Budva, at Villa Simon from 11. 08 to 22. 08. 2016. The tour was bought from JoinUp, but the host was Pilon Travel. The fun began at the airport, when people did not have enough seats on the bus for the transfer they paid for, as a result of which other passengers were forced to put their children in their arms. Went with Join Up. In July 2016 to Cyprus. I can say with confidence “We went with this operator for the first and last time. I will not subscribe to this non-tour operator again. It all started with the fact that they choose some kind of muddy air carriers. As a result of three flight reschedules, we lost a day of (paid) vacation. Not to mention spending half a day at the airport (here thanks to the employees of Larnaca airport, they didn’t leave them in trouble and helped as best they could, but this is not the merit of the operator and the carrier, but the airport. →

We are Belarusians ourselves, and therefore the company organized the transfer. Not only were we not included in the list on the way back, but at the border it turned out that our driver was without a license for passenger transportation. Moreover, they could not say the time of departure. In general, we will no longer contact this travel agency and I do not advise those who need a transfer. →
