Review of the travel agency ANEX TOUR m. ZHYTOMIR (WITHOUT DAYS OFF)

Everything was fine in the agency, I bought a ticket on Tuesday, the flight was on Friday. When we were picked up from the airport, they brought us to a completely different hotel, not the one that I booked. The hotel was worse. The agency offered us to change something, but this was only possible after 2 days, from Monday, as there were weekends ahead. In the end, we asked to be given a free tour as compensation, turned a blind eye to the shortcomings of this hotel and stayed there. Our tour operator was Coral travel, at first they brought us to the 3rd hotel, they made a mistake in the name. It was all decided in about 3 hours, after we got through to the hotline, they took us to where we were supposed to be. The agency says that they are not to blame that the first hotel we chose was not confirmed to us, maybe this is the case, I don’t know, this is the first time I have encountered such a situation. At the same time, there were no problems with the purchase of the tour, paperwork, service at the agency, I can rate it at 8 out of 10. And of course, I am not satisfied with the work of the tour operator, because they sell tours that do not confirm ..
