For the first time we used the services of Forte-V in 2014. I could not get enough of cooperation with them: visa processing, preparation for the trip, the trip itself - everything was fast, perfect. This year, everything seemed to be the same, we went to Bulgaria by minibus, paid 90 euros in two directions, but two days before departure, we receive an SMS that we will go back by a regular bus to Odessa, and then another minibus will pick us up there . →

On July 14-24 of this year, I went on a tour "Pearl of the Black Sea" (Bulgaria-Turkey-Romania) through the travel agency "Forte-V Kirovograd". This trip was a big disappointment for me. Although the cost of the trip was higher than in other travel agencies, its organization was carried out at an extremely low level. It seems that it was organized not by professionals, but by beginners in the tourist business. →

The first time I go with this tour company, but I am completely satisfied not by 100%, but by 120%. Traveled to Bulgaria p. Sozopol. Firstly, paperwork is fast and accurate. Secondly: comfortably delivered (I haven’t passed the border so quickly as with them;) ). Thirdly: they showed where to go, where to buy, what restaurants are better, what to see. →

We purchased travel on a comfortable bus to Yalta. The agency promised all amenities, including air conditioning. We have already once burned ourselves in the agencies of our city and were afraid to get "nothing" again for decent money! But, to our happiness, Forte turned out to be a company that is responsible for its words! The bus is super, the driver is good-natured! I'm writing a review so people know who is who! This morning my husband and I returned from a very exciting Pochaev-Lviv tour organized by Forte-V. We use the services of this company not for the first time, and as always, we were not mistaken. I have been using this company for many years. I go to Crimea several times a year. This year I decided to take a dog with me (there is simply no one to leave it.) I asked the girls of this company, they said you can take it, the main thing is that it does not bite anyone. Paid an additional 80 UAH. for taking me to the house and picking me up near the house (I took tickets in both directions). →

Rude director! Managers are incompetent!!! I won't be using their services again... →

I ran into this company twice, the first time, in the winter of 2013, I wanted to go to the Carpathians - I came to their office in Kirovograd per-K Dekabristov 5, got nasty almost immediately, as I started asking questions, and the so-called "headmistress" herself is rude Victoria (it's just impossible to call such people differently). Of course, I did not go with them, I chose another travel agency. →

I have been using this tour company for many years now. I have always been very satisfied and have recommended this company to all my friends. But the last trip was just awful! Rested in August in the Crimea. The rest was good, but the whole impression of the trip was spoiled by the way back! An elderly driver came for us in a yellow Mercedes BA 3056 AM. →
