I have been using this company for many years. I go to Crimea several times a year. This year I decided to take a dog with me (there is simply no one to leave it.) I asked the girls of this company, they said you can take it, the main thing is that it does not bite anyone. Paid an additional 80 UAH. for taking me to the house and picking me up near the house (I took tickets in both directions).

Upon arrival in the Crimea, they didn’t give me a ride to the place and I had to walk with my bags. They said that this bus would not go down, although buses of any size go there. We began to resent that we have a lot of bags and we need to go decently from the landing site. They didn’t really worry about this, they dropped us off, and then it turned out that my dog ​​(Spaniel) gnawed out the seat, we tried to explain that dogs don’t gnaw out like that, to which they replied that we tore the seat with a leash (there was such a hole, like someone caught something and pulled it out). Although we did not sleep and our dog did not gnaw anything. It was insanely annoying. Well, okay, let it be on their conscience.

But then the most interesting began. A girl calls me in 2 hours and says that they will not take us back and will not return the money to us. And the next day they said that the money will be returned, everything is fine. After the second conversation, the girls from the Company "Fotre V" stopped talking to us with us about the trip back to the owner of the machines with which the company works (it turned out to be a damaged phone). Conditions of transportation again changed almost every hour. Then they take us, but without a dog, then they said that we put the dog in a box. They mocked us for about 5 days. They frayed their nerves, so they didn’t want to rest, they yelled at us, so you just can’t imagine. It all ended with the fact that they threw off the money to us, minus the torn cover on the seat. The day before departure. Be careful with this company, you do not need to spoil your vacation for yourself and your loved ones, as I did.
