The description of the tour was long, but very attractive. Many excursions were promised, too many for such a short tour. But it was reassuring that, of course, the excursions were not mandatory - I want food, I want it - no. In addition, the price of excursions indicated on the site was also surprising with its democratic nature. It turned out that this price was calculated for 24 participants, and in total there were 28 people on the bus, 8 of which were definitely and categorically not going anywhere. Consequently, the price increased. What the price consists of, we did not know. Only they heard endlessly about how expensive it was to pay for roads, entrances to the city and for parking. The guide (forgive me, all real guides and guides, but you have to use this name in relation to Yevgeny Vasilyevich, because he calls himself that), very, very actively campaigned for an excursion to Rome. A colleague on the tour counted that during the journey the Eternal City was mentioned 14 times! quite a lot, given that the "regulars" had no intention of changing their minds, just like those who were aimed at visiting Rome. What was the "guide" trying to achieve? In general, the reaction to "trolling" was expected - even those who doubted, refused this pleasure. Here I would use the word "doubtful", but I can not, because Rome is worthy of admiration ("Paris is worth a mass!" - as Henry IV said in 1593, turning to Catholicism). But the "execution" of the excursion itself disappointed and angered the tourists, because the time was calculated incorrectly: it is impossible to overcome 800 km in one day. way (to Rome and back), and even to conduct a tour, and even be in time for dinner (by all means, be in time, the food should not be wasted!) It was necessary to sacrifice something. And tourists who were tired, angry from heat and hunger were sacrificed. In general, Rome and the guide were wonderful, but racing around the city in 35 degree heat, the inability to stop even for a minute, take a sip of coffee and just take a picture - it’s not good at all.

What is noteworthy: the increase in the price of the tour was exactly 50%. Judge for yourself: the offered price was 60 (round off) and it turned out - 90 Euros. And the obligatory mention - you visited the ball in Rome. Yep, just for free!

But! Dear tourists, you can't complain! You can't criticize! Don't ask for prices! You offend the "guide"! And he won't talk to you... yeah.

The program announced a tour of Budapest (well, we were there on the way), why not take tourists to the Heroes' Square? And here to Parliament is already superfluous. There was just no tour. And you can write anything, gullible tourists can believe.

The program was announced tour (free) in Rimini, and the next day upon arrival. However, why do it? She's also free. At the insistence of the tourist, it was held on the last day. And what? Why should we go to Rimini? still like it and next time - everyone will go there. In addition, for sure the guide should tell about the place of stay, especially since there are several monuments worthy of attention in it. This was also done on the last day, after the tourists themselves knew everything.

Oh, probably, the "guide" does not take into account that tourists themselves can find tickets, order a guide and calmly go where they want. This is exactly the kind of excursion we had in Florence - on our own, without extra fees, reminders, missing the bus. It was the best tour so far, in my opinion! And pleasant memories.

The most interesting part was on the way back. For it was assumed that our bus would go through Venice ("the pearl of the Adriatic", "a place that everyone should visit") Yes, this excursion was also announced on the tour and was designed for the same 24 people. And if more? like everything? so where do you go from the bus that brought you to the parking lot? A reasonable and correct decision would be to include this excursion in the price of the tour - and no one would notice, because along the way. But no - again, long stories about how important it is, how it should be, what kind of uncultured individuals we are if we don’t visit and blah blah. To the question of tourists - what is included in these 18 Euros? Is the boat included? How much does it cost? How long will the tour last - resentment and deprivation of communication. Well, disfellowshipping is a bonus, of course. And yet, I would like to know when we leave, the road is not close to spending the night. The answer is exhaustive: we will have time! But in reality - but we didn’t have time ... well, nothing, we’ll take the train not in Uzhgorod, but in Mukachevo ... the situation has developed like this ... it happens ... Yeah, and you are sitting on the bus, looking at your watch and on the router and you understand - something went wrong, well, we can't make it in time! And also the border! It turns out that drivers know that they are going to Mukachevo, but why should tourists know about it? Hush! Do not irritate Yevgeny Vasilyevich!

We refused a tour of Venice, because I didn’t want to spoil my impression of the city with a quick jog and incomprehensible facts that you can’t hear, because this is an amateur tour - without headphones and knowledge of “highlights”. But the tourists were indignant - you are making us suckers! we paid 18 Euros each, and you got to Venice on a balloon, ugly! No, everything is fine: 1) the price has not changed since my refusal; 2) I refused a long time ago and told everyone about it; 3) they could have left me in another place so that I would not use the boat - because this is public transport, who will forbid me to take a ticket? 4) did not say the time when they met - only upon arrival in Venice - said "guide"; 5) well, leave me at the hotel, then pick me up if I'm not going on this tour...:)) I agree. Well, what were we to do? You will order me to sit on the pier so that you will not be offended that you brought me here, and did not pay for what I do not want. I don't like forced services.

In general, problems with mathematics, especially with the calculation of travel time, spoiled life. For how can you say in the parking lot - we are going in 15 minutes, knowing that we will not just have time to drink coffee, but even go to the toilet - not a fact. We're meeting in 40 minutes. Again grievances - here, you cannot come on time. We can't if we give it time. We would immediately calculate the parking for 40 minutes and everyone would be in time. Tourists asked to announce the real parking time - a complete ignore and again an insult, and then moralizing.

So, gentlemen tourists! Be careful not to get involved with sweet but completely unfounded promises to "visit 5 countries and seven cities" for an 11 day tour, 4 days of which is spent on the road! Listen to your "bells" and "signs". I also had them, but I just didn’t have enough time to choose something proven, and I didn’t have a bad experience, I probably relaxed ...
