We bought a sightseeing tour to Sudak + Novy Svet from Gurzuf. According to the program, we were supposed to sail on a boat to the New World (spend 2 hours there), then sail to Sudak (two hours there too). After all the excursions, we were supposed to be taken by boat at 5 pm back to Gurzuf. Due to weather conditions (a storm at sea), we were not brought to the New World, but immediately to Sudak. →

We bought an excursion to the Imperial Palaces at the request of the child, because we knew about this company for a long time and even went on excursions with it many times before. Although even then it was alarming that the cars that are provided for customer service leave much to be desired in terms of comfort - old and rattling! On that day, there were no tickets available for this excursion at other points of sale, when we went from the sea, and the child really wanted to go to the Masandovsky and Livadia palaces. →

We have been using the services of the Gurzuf travel agency for the second year, and have already managed to visit the palaces of the southern coast, Sevastopol and Bakhchisaray. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for prompt service, considering that we are resting for the New Year holidays. We wish you further prosperity and numerous customers! →

To begin with, all the negative reviews about the company are complete nonsense !!! Someone obviously feels good competition and there was no other way how to write all sorts of nasty things on the Internet !!! We rested in the Crimea not for the first time and we know this company very well. We have never bought tours from them. Everything is well organized, the guides have a very deep knowledge of the Crimea, the transport is comfortable, the mood and impressions after the excursions are wonderful. →

PE Kanaki Olga Borisovna! Refrain from ordering excursions from this entrepreneur. We went to Sevastopol in a minibus on "additional" seats. Children (for whom people also paid) were forced to keep in their arms. The declared program of the excursion was not fully implemented. In response to the claims, even an apology was refused.
