We bought an excursion to the Imperial Palaces at the request of the child, because we knew about this company for a long time and even went on excursions with it many times before. Although even then it was alarming that the cars that are provided for customer service leave much to be desired in terms of comfort - old and rattling! On that day, there were no tickets available for this excursion at other points of sale, when we went from the sea, and the child really wanted to go to the Masandovsky and Livadia palaces. We were just happy when suddenly luck smiled and we were sold tickets! There was a little time left before the excursion, but we managed to pack up and happy came to the place of departure. But that's where it all started!!! At first, because of the transport, the tour was delayed for 20 minutes, then a car arrived that was not the first freshness, and when we went, it turned out to be broken - the microphone did not work, and the rumble in the cabin from the engine was such that the guide could hardly be heard, to put it mildly, although she and moved to our salon. The guide provided by the company was incompetent on this route. This was evident from her reservations and inaccuracies, which her story was full of. Later, she herself frankly admitted to us that this was not her route, that she leads groups in the mountainous Crimea, and she simply does not have a license for excursions in the parks of palaces, so she will only silently and with gestures only occasionally show us objects that we need to pay attention to and about which they will tell us in the palace itself. But this is half the trouble! We, who came to rest from St. Petersburg and Moscow, knowing some facts from the life of the imperial family, were amazed that the guide was talking about known things, turning them over. For example, about why Nicholas II did not sail with his mother to emigrate. . . ;) In addition, our 7-year-old child himself suggested some names of famous Russian poets, about which the guide tried to tell something, but mentioned only the names during the tour and by the way. But that's not the worst part either! In the Livadia Palace, our group of 7 people was attached to another group, the number of which was more than 30 people, it was very difficult to listen to the guide around the palace because of such a crowd. When we were outraged, our guide said - like "rejoice that you got out of line." As a result, our guide eventually managed to "lose" us and the child. Leaving the palace, we simply did not find it at the entrance! Yes, we lingered in the palace and possibly left later, but what carelessness - there are not enough people and they are not looking for us. After standing at the entrance, running around the square near the palace, I ran with the child to the platform where the car dropped us off, but it was not there. . . We ran around a couple more sites where a car could possibly have stood, but it was not there! Then it turned out that he served two excursions at once, and not just ours. That is, he went and either picked us up and transported us, or another group from another route. In general, while we were rushing about in search of a group, our other group looked at the second part of the tour - the park and the church of the palace. We didn’t see any of this, but only received negative emotions. The child was crying, upset, worried about the situation. In addition, our tickets did not have a phone number for either the tour guide or the agency for communication, and we could not contact ourselves. We were helped by the guide-cashier of the Livadia Palace, Irina Vladimirovna, who, as it turned out, was from Gurzuf herself. She just calmed us down and took us on the bus. On the way, through some contacts, she was able to contact our guide and a group, which, as it turned out, was still in Livadia Park and they were waiting for transport. As a result - instead of sorry in my address, I heard almost insults - we are fugitives and ourselves to blame for everything !!! When I tried to contact Olga Borisovna Kanaki the next day, having learned the phone number from the distributor, I received in response her wrong mobile number and words from the ticket distributor that the director said that it was our fault, that we had fallen behind the group and that our problem, that we didn't see part of the tour. I was not able to meet and leave a claim for the service of OBKanaka. . . . Judge for yourself!!! But all I want to say is that the service is poor and rudeness is visible - this is an attribute of this travel agency !!!!
