Tour "Mini-Europe" (Berlin, Prague, Leipzig, Krakow).
Departure was from Lvov. They promised to meet us at the station, but no one met us, moreover, when we called the number of our escort, the phone was turned off. We ourselves found the bus at the train station in Lviv, the accompanying Evgenia did not even come up to us, she stood with a sour face near the driver.
The bus was given a small one, not intended for long-distance transportation at all. On such a tour of Lviv, except to carry. The seats are solid, there is nowhere to put your feet, in general, the bus is terrible! They argued that the group did not gather on a large normal bus. So we suffered the whole trip, as we rode on a stool!
Accompanying Evgenia has the impression that she was carrying tourists for the first time. I couldn’t really answer the questions, on the third! day of the trip, it turned out that she did not have the phones of some tourists. And it didn't even occur to her to recognize them.
In Prague, we handed over money for an evening boat trip. Evgenia told us the number of the berth and the time. They came at the indicated time, there was no one, they met tourists from our group, she deigned to send them an SMS that the trip was postponed for half an hour. We waited for her for 45 minutes, after which another SMS: we are on another boat, find us. And after another 10 minutes, when I wrote to her, she replied that they had already sailed away. Thus, Eugenia ruined the evening in Prague for 6 tourists! In the evening at the hotel, she did not even think to apologize! She slipped us money for an unused trip and that's it! An elderly couple, whom she also sent with a boat, tried to talk to her, as a result of which Evgenia simply burst into tears! In general, professionalism at zero!
Tourists who nevertheless got on the boat with her (because they were traveling from Karlovy Vary together) said that it was half an hour while they were sitting on the boat and did not sail away, that Evgenia had plenty of time to go and pick us up, but she was doing her own deeds!
In general, I will not go from Tatur anymore, and I do not advise anyone!
