DO NOT USE the services of the tour operator TATUR!

Dear tourists and colleagues! And also to everyone who is interested. I declare with full responsibility that the tour operator Tatur, headed by its leaders Evgeny Tatur and Vasily Fanok, is not worthy of trust! 25. 11. 2014 our company booked the tour "Tales of Western Europe" for the Christmas arrival in the amount of 6560.00 UAH. We have paid the bill in full. On December 10, 2014, we received a written notification from the Tatur company that the tour would not take place due to a shortage of the group. For almost a month and a half we have been trying to return the money of our client, and all to no avail. To date, we have sent three letters of complaint to Tatur, which Tatur's management specifically ignored. Even after the director and manager of our agency visited Tatur's office and received a letter of guarantee for the return of funds, this did not lead to anything. Apparently, such an insignificant piece of paper for the management of Tatur is not a reason to fulfill the terms of the contract. Both managers prefer not to answer calls and not go to work, because. calling their office for 2 weeks in a row, I hear from the manager the same answer "management is not in place, I will pass on your information." Dear colleagues and tourists, if you want to sleep peacefully, DO NOT USE the services of the tour operator TATUR!
