According to a representative of the travel agency Parus, they have not been able to receive a refund from the Tatur company for a failed trip for more than a month. The bus tour of Europe "Legends of Kings" was booked on December 10 last year and paid in full on the same day. After 10 days, the tour operator notified the agency about the cancellation of the trip, as the required number of participants was not reached. The voucher was canceled, the deposited funds - 10050 UAH. "Tatur" repeatedly promised to return, and then the tour operator's managers stopped answering calls, the respondent complains.
As it turned out, the signal from the Parus agency was not isolated. On the Internet, there were reports of similar problems with the "Tatur" from the company "Sonata". Instead of the canceled Tales of Western Europe tour, they were offered the Weekend in Poland and Hungary route. After the rejection of the alternative option, they issued a letter of guarantee with the obligation to return the funds. A month and a half has passed, but money - 6560 UAH. the agency never got it.
The site "Tatur" works, it still publishes current offers of tours. But it was not possible to get through to the Kyiv office of the company during the day.
