At Tatura's office, they politely offered the option that she didn't have any luggage. And if it was, then it's not their problem. No response to the letter of inquiry, no greetings. The bus was broken down, on the way back we miraculously avoided an accident. Reviews on their site are cleaned, laudatory are inserted. Paid tours are imposed. And at a price twice as high as if you take them yourself. It is definitely better to go on such a tour on your own.
