Kidnyak!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been preparing for the May holidays for a long time, we chose a tour to the Czech Republic and Germany from the Tatur company. In more than a month, they submitted the necessary documents for opening a visa and calmly began to wait. We periodically called our travel agency to find out how our visas were and we were told that everything was in order, visas would be closer to the date of departure. A couple of days before leaving for Lviv, the manager of our travel agency called and said with concern that she could not get through to the tour operator Tatur, and she could not find out any information about our visas and they did not report anything. Already in Lviv, at the bus, at the meeting point of the group, we were told that we were not going anywhere, because we did not have passports !!!!!!!!!! The escort did not answer any of our questions, refused to call her office, TATUR did not answer any of our phone calls, threw off or did not pick up the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!! as it turned out later, our passports were SIMPLY FORGOT TO SEND TO THE CONSULATE!!!!!!!!!!!!! as well as warn us about the problems that have arisen !!! Tatur has not yet provided any clarifications, they do not respond to emails, and there is no compensation yet. Perhaps my opinion is not objective and this happened only to us, and everyone else had no problems, BUT I CAN'T ADVISE TATURA TO ANYONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
