The company was chosen because it offered a tour package to a place that interested me and my husband. Payment was made three weeks before the date of departure. We were confirmed the time and date (and place, respectively) a couple of days before departure, the day before and directly on the day of departure in the morning. But at 10 p.m. on the day of departure on September 4, sitting on the bus (which, by the way, did NOT live up to the promises at all - a simple minibus, only a little more, without air conditioning, the seats do not recline, not checked, narrow distances between the seats) we found out what we were eating TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT place - almost 200 km from the one indicated in the contract and confirmed by the owner of the travel agency several times by phone !!! We did not count on climbs to Hoverla and thermal springs (swimming), since our program and route did not provide for them, and we did not have clothes for this. To our indignation, Alexander (the owner) began to say, who sent the bus, that on that day there was no route we had chosen, there was no mistake, etc., he simply turned away and did not want to communicate. In response to our comments, he simply began to lie that he was a manager and could not do anything, etc., although we knew 100% that he was the owner of the agency. Oleksandr NEVER APOLOGIZED, did not try to smooth the situation, did not reassure us, he offered a discount of 50 UAH to my request. (that's a little over $2). We just didn’t go, because we don’t want to have anything to do with such a dishonorable and unprofessional person. especially when we are treated like a herd, which does not deserve any respect, not only as a client / tourist, but also as a person.

This agency has violated many legislative norms, but they do not want to pay any compensation for not bringing the case to court and for the preservation of their reputation. They beat for pity - Alexander's wife is to blame, she usually deals with such issues, but her daughter got sick, etc. A complete lack of decent business attitude towards customers!

I do not recommend the "Smile" agency (they are in the Central Department Store, but other travel companies in the city also sell their tours - for example, DATUR - ask and believe who is lucky - it is the agency you applied to or SMILE), as with SMILE you can't be sure about your holiday !!!!!!!!!!! (I couldn’t add a review without the region and district, city, don’t look at them!)
